I stiil would like to see a factsemilly , a likeness of style , texture of GoW, or Star Craft armour for M4 F4

 I load v3 ,and apply a  texture to her and it ask me for the texture, and when i find them it keeps asking for the texture  over, over againe , (Glich) the only  Way to stops it is through task manager.

 Smith macro  techs ,   E-mail me saying that they where going to address this problem in the SR1

icant get rid of them , the  seting changes just make it worse , and long render times

in my poser 8 , it ony works for V4 and no other figure , Don't know why???

yep vvid card driver is up dated

If i loud a scene and it ask you to  find a file  when you find it and  pick it . ask you to find it again
glitch and keeps asking for it, the only way to stop it is to shut poser through task manager any one els have this problem

As stewer says... just link to your other runtimes. Sooo easy in Poser 8. I currently have my (now older) Poser pro and an even older Poser 5 runtimes connected to Poser 8.

The new library features in Poser 8 are very good... I am finding that switching backwards and forewards between runtimes is virtually instantaneous.

How do you link the runtimes  ,,,  poser pros run,, to poser8  ?

A way to find out way your App is erroring and what is causeing it ,, In my case it was Poser pro 7 , it was crashing  after openning , moveing the camera , witch tech suport at smith mac  told me that it was the vid driver was the culpret of the problems , but i had whent to vid card maker siet and updated my driver. and it  still  didn't help the problem, so we where stump , so i thought  the tech must  be right , i am doing something wrong , if i only could see a  recoded history of what  iteractions of the app and the cause of the problem  i could then get it to the tech,,, and he would know what the problem was,
In Vista 64 you can do this it is called  EVENT VIEWER
After showing this to the tech he said it defently was my video card driver that was causing the problem , so what did i do wrong, well when  installed  the new driver you have to uninstall the old one because it will not  over write the old driver,  thats what i did not do, i ask the Tech if i uninstall would my screen go black , he said it shuoldn't but go to the vid manufacture and ask them to be  on th safe  side, i found the instrutions on how to uninstall , and renistall and when you unistall you will still have moniter use,  so  being confident, followed the unistalled instrcutions, and when the computer restarted up so i could now install the new driver the graghics where smashed up at the top of my sceen in a inch strip , my word at that moment well, somthing about my pants being filled with poo, that im scrowed, but upluging the computer two, or three time it finlly cam up with the screen,where i could see it , 
It will look like it does in safe mode , just go install new driver ,

 Don't thank  I can buy Poser 8 when it comes out ,because it probably will not  work either.

I would check for the latest vidiocard drivers first, also you vid card can be replaced, also the P7P update SR1 helped with the crashes quite a bit! I also had to uninstall p7 as they had a conflict for some reason so PP would work.

I just built a new pc with 12 megs of ram and an I7 quadcore and poser will still only use 3 megs of ram, also I am using windows 7 beta whch is much faster than vista. my vidio card works with poser but vue doesnt like it and says it is out of date, like you just once I would like them to think about cg artist instead of just bucks!

Yep first  thing I did was clean  the pref,,, out  did not fix it , so it keep  crashing so , uninsulated and reinstalled , that did not work  so you go to Smithy Mac  site look up help for the problem  the fix it for the possible problem did not work (vid driver up date and change video driver settings ,didn't work ), 

So as a last resort got in contact with tech support ,been email tennis for a week with that .
