Your PC sounds like it is woefully under-specced for a 64-bit machine. By all means try the fixes suggested above, but you really need something with considerably more oomph in the longer term.

The image you linked to was done in Poser 7, which doesn't have SSS or IDL or Gamma Correction. You might well have used them then.
The things BB told you not to use in PP2012 still apply.

Snarly, all the other effects seem to work OK; BB, my units are metres - I'll see if switching to inches sorts it.
EDIT: Nope, units to inches produces the same result.

The maths is to divide the size or scale you want (100) by the size/scale it is now (95) = 1.052631578947368Â
(then multiply by 100 if you want it as a percentage:Â 105.2631578947368, but you should be able the shift the decimal point two places in your head).

All my family are Geordies (Mum - Gosforth, Newcastle; Dad - Sheriff Hill, Gateshead). Luckily we escaped from Tyneside when I was 3, moved around a lot and ended up here in Edinburgh.

The Poser manual is pretty clear on how to install Queue Manager.
The gist is:
the master machine should have QM in the same folder as the PoserPro.exe. That has to be there to connect with QMs on other (slave) machines, so it's installed by default: you don't have to do a separate installation run for it.
You install QM only - not Poser itself - on the slave machines.
If all your PCs are networked properly, all the QMs will talk to each other. Use the one on the master to manage how jobs are distributed.
