The first one was my first experiment and took about 20 minutes on default.with quality at 0 and intensity about 50 and HDRI at 100%.
The other was about 3 hours on regular render with the above settings for HDRI.Howevr as I say The pause render and save aspect of Bryce has saved my sanity as in this next one.It took about 6 hours in all.Mind with the reflection of the mirror and the glass and bottle I suppose I got off lightly.
You do know that you can do indoor scenes provided you click on the ceiling and or walls and in the material lab click on the options on the left(opposite the preview window) and click on cast shadows. This will allow light to pass into the building.

For a while I was thinking of adding modesty as a characteristic of the British.  but hearing my fellow countrymen/women boasting :blushing: .,forces me to wonder if we should cool it and allow the other members of the world a chance to get a word in edgewise.:thumbupboth:
You also forgot the clockwork radio by the way.  Â

Actually I think the one thing the UK has given the world is...how to take defeat in a generous manner.

Well I can see the point of a gorse or a hoat...But it really is a bit much to expect overall standardisation across all 3D software. That there is as much standardisation as there is, should applauded especially as most software developers have so many different OS's to contend with before any other considerations. ;)

I'm not a high end user but I'm enjoying playing with TG2.So what if it takes a high learning curve-it is at least free to play with. There is plenty of documents to peruse at the NEW planetside forums and loads of folk are freely giving their new TG2 files away so we lesser mortals can learn HOW to do things. There should be plenty of stuff to keep one occupied for years..
by the way I too love Bryce 6 and Daz Studio.Still struggling with Poser 6.,Hexagon2,Shade 7.

Ah basking in temperatures of 11%C here in the South of England.Snow?what's snow? What's Winter?
In fact it does seem so far that we have passed straight to Spring...the primroses are in full bloom down in the town's Memorial Gardens on the seafront.

Load up your scene in Daz Studio then render it.Go to File and click on save last render.you can save as a bmp, jpeg, tiff or png file.

I'm having less problems with B6 than I did with B5.5.It renders and allows me to actually do other things like browse at the same time.Never managed that with previous versions 5 and 5.5.
The only complaint and it just a small one is the way objects imported through DS are so huge in Bryce.

A bit harsh on those trying to avoid a stalker...But that is the only reason I can think of for a name change.Frankly if Rendo want to make some hard cash that is their business and that's the last I'm going to say on the subject.
Thread: Do I need a separate program to modify clothing and create poses? | Forum: DAZ|Studio
Quote - Oh, and PS ... if it comes to tweaking ... Bryce works really really well for tweaking things to fit.
Up to a point I'd agree,.It''s the process of making sure you pick the right part of the figure to tweak that get's tedious when you discover just how many body parts a figure may have..:biggrin
Thread: Do I need a separate program to modify clothing and create poses? | Forum: DAZ|Studio
Might be a bit ambitious. Most of the clothing produced for the DAZ characters are modelled in other software mainly Poser and although I can sometimes get some items to fit another character with a great deal of tweeking I've never been able do much more than footwear and hair in DS.
