Take a look at my Musician poses at Poser Pros. There are partial poses for turning the other poses into marching band poses. Also included are bonus instruments including cymabals and bass drum. ENCORE! Strike up the band with this varied and versatile set of musician playing positions. Included are instrumentalist poses for Orchestra, Big Band, Jazz Band, Rock Band, Country/Western Band, Mariachi and other Cultural Bands, Folk Band, Marching Band, Military Band, conductor, drum majorette, vocalists, and audience. Features: 110 poses for M3 and 90 poses for V3 Poses for 74 instruments Multiple poses for most instruments feature standing, sitting, tuning, marching, riding, and flying (where appropriate for the instrument). Hands conform to playing positions. Hands and fingerings can be repositioned for variety. 19 poses for articulate prop instruments Additional poses included for a galloping horse, and the DAZ English saddle and bridle for horseback musicians. Player poses for most instruments featured or included in DAZ and Poser Pros products. See the ReadMe for info. 17 smart-props included are marching snare- and bass-drums with sticks, cymbals, fife, conductor's baton and stand, triangle, and chimes or tubular bells with mallets. Source guide for finding 3D musical instruments is included in the ReadMe. Musicians are configured to the instruments in basic playing positions to serve as is for renders or as templates for User modifications.

Here's a screen cap (not a render) of Cooler's Deringer from 3DCommune. Note: if you make the deringer a smart prop to the right hand of V3, then dial in the values shown in P6, (and pose the hand as shown), the gun will snap into place. Pistollera Action for V3 is coming soon...

At DAZ, John Malis' Theseus and Minotaur package has a ball of string or yarn (that Theseus unraveled in the maze).

I have P4 loaded on a G4 desktop dual 450, OS9. Runs OK. I have P6 loaded on a G4 laptop at 1.67, OSX. Runs good, surprisingly... Most things run faster with P6 in X. But, oddly enuf some basic things run and work faster in P4 in 9. Go figure. Do check out the Mac forum here at RO. Good info and the Mac bunch is very helpful and responsive.

DAZ has a Food Pack with a few things you might could use. Look also in their Free Archives for Cornucopia with some veggies. I think DAZ has or had some china place settings. Cooler has some food items at 3D Commune free stuff.
