Tried again (three times actually) and using the 'Home' and 'End' keys, inspected the field at beginning and end.  No spaces before or after and double-checked that I entered it into the 'Gift Certificate' field.....  Still no joy!    I also checked all orders in September (only one) to make sure that I hadn't already used the RenderRewards already.  I did use a Gift Certificate, but in that case it was a GC that I had purchased....

Any way for someone to query the store 'database' to see where/when/if the code was (supposedly) already used?

I 'm not keen on the way additional views/pics are displayed.  When I purchase a product, I like to capture the entire page (using SnagIt) as a PDF, and the additional views as JPG's (using the right-mouse-click 'save as' option.)   Now, I have to click through each additional image and manually "frame" the part of the screen I wish to capture, THEN save it.  Call me a 'whiner' if you must, but it's a PITA...
I also second the request for a close icon in the upper section of the image, so that I don't have to scroll and find it in the lower right corner...

 I'm showing two GC's for $40-something each...   I'd like to get these two combined, so that using that plus my RenderRewards, I can purchase my cart...

Is there any method (or attempt to do this in future store updates) to do the GC "consolidation" as I asked about?  I tried adding one, then another GC balance to an order and the last GC seems to be the only one used...

Add my name to the ever-growing list of folks who care about you and are pulling for ya.  Though I've never had the pleasure to personally meet you, I can sense by the graciousness and kindness shown through the forums, you are one helluva nice person!!   

Though the recovery from surgery and possible chemo will probably tire you out, I'm hoping you can muster the energy and will,  to log-on from time to time to let us know how you're doing.   You've got us all engaged in this now, so we'll be anxious to hear how our communal friend is doing...

Take care and don't hesitate to ask for help, prayers, or someone to vent-to.  We're here for ya.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but have always wondered what the 'motivation' is behind some products being voucher-friendly, and others not.  I understand the concept, but was wondering if the hesitancy for a vendor NOT to make a product voucher-friendly is that they receive less commission or something?  I (naively?) thought that vouchers were the same as "real money" and that a vendor would get the same amount in each case.

Hope I'm not violating any sacred vendor/contractual issues.... just thought I'd ask....

Let me add MY welcome-back to those from others.  It is nice to see/hear some of the giants of  the Poser saga who have left for various reasons, come back to enjoy and share their love of POSE-ing.

While free is always good, I've purchased your products in the past, and would gladly pay for them in the future.  Whether you offer products via a store -or- via PayPal, I'm in!!!!

As for requests, I'd be interested in some sets of poses dealing with various human emotions - smiles, laughing, melancholy, anger....  And yes, I would prefer these be for the V4/M4 wintage characters.
