Yeah... swap the map in the material room. If you make small changes to the map then go to "Render" - "Reload Texture".

Once it's mapped you can swap the image on the side of the cube at will in Poser.

Where did the cube come from? Is it an editable .obj file? Use UV Mapper with a box map and put the image on one side?
Open the model in a 3D app and set up shading zones and flat map to one of those?
I'm not good inside Poser.

That's what I do if tinkering a little doesn't help. If the shoe looks good otherwise then I just hide stuff.

All I do is play. I make cars, airplanes, props.... and use them in my scenes. I buy a lot of stuff... and use them in my scenes. I do absolutely nothing productive with any of it.
I made a "3D Mac" Character is Posers Faceroom (He's up there wearing the Batman Mask) and I have him doing nonsensical Stuff in stupid renders. It is also useless.
I amuse myself. I contribute nothing of value. For me it's just an expensive hobby.
