Leaves the question who is getting the tax?? As far as I know a digital download is the same as a service/right to use something and (other than physical goods) no tax has to be payed as far as you are ordering from outside the US. But I may be wrong here.

I've asked the question over at RDNA as well (because it looks as if some officials from SM are around there at the moment) and hope to get an answer.
I am even more puzzled about what you have to pay! My Upgrade (PoserPro 2012 to PoserPro 2014) costs 169.48 + 32.20 = 201.68
So if you did not order something else these prices look pretty "random" to me...

I am about to order - but still hesitate because I am puzzled... I am ordering from Germany and this is the first time I have to pay tax. Usually I do not pay tax for digital good bought from the US. Anyone else wondering where this tax might go???

Ah, thanks for clarifying the term nappy to me, I mixed it up with "nap" and this way immediatly thought about the so called "out of bed" style - you can as well call it fluffy, the kind of hairdo that Meg Ryan made so popular. I think what you call nappy is called "kraus" in Germany and it means lots of really tiny curls. So to me it has nothing to do with racism, it's nothing more or less than a hair stucture like curly, straight, wavy and so on. My dad has nappy hair for instance, when he was young he would have been able to wear a hairstyle like Jimmy Hendrix but as he is white and was gray early it would have looked strange
I feel your frustration and I am afraid that "Shae-Hair" or something like that nwould have been the only way to name it neutral enough even for the most picky fellows. In fact that's why I tend to name my Makeups either with the name of towns or with things that are of the same color (fruits, gems...). But don't care too much, it's impossible to please everybody and it's the intention that counts.

Ahhhh... the nappy thing. I have the feeling that I got it completely wrong. I took "nappy" as the little sleep you take in between (after lunch for instance) - and so took the hairstyle as a so-called (and completely political correct) "out of bed style" - I mean: That's the way it looks!
About "black": I am exchanging messages for a long time with some people here and meanwhile I'm connected with some over facebook. So I saw that some are black, some saw that I am white - from some I did not even know if they are male or female. So far I did not get any negative reactions when I wrote to them and said: Hey, you are black! (or: a woman/a man). It's nothing more or less than this for me "So far I did not have an idea how you may look like - now I have!". But okay, "black" is, in our context, so unspecific and can also be used for a black dress, that more specific terms would be better. I myself have a slight problem with african-american (because it leaves pure african out - what may be important in the case of fashion especially).
The kimono: It is available at www.poserclub.net - it is not easy to register there (but there is a how-to here: http://www.poserclub.net/index2.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=75).
Off of that Google translator did a pretty good job when I needed to translate small sentences to find out what can be found where.
The Kimono itself can be found here:

It is called V4 Furisode and is made by Hiasyan, tend the same model for other figures. They have gorgeous authentic clothes there, many of them dynamic, all for free.
By the way: You like belly-dance? Explore the store of CJ-studio here. All you need and more with lots of cool dynamic things, even jewelry!
Okay... I see, this is going of topic but is nevertheless amusing.

Okay, this goes to my tips-textfile. For stills I was happy with the method above, for animations yours seems perfect!

One unanswered question: could you please advise the GPS coordinates for the town in which such femme are found "next door?"
Get a ticket to London, the first olympic athletes just arrived there. Look out for marathon runners, high jumpers and so on. When you watch the olympics on tv listen closely where the next door of a training center is and you will find them in large swarms! *
About the strange look: I found that I get best result to let one eye point at a target and then adjust the other one by hand (by using the face camera with the same values as the one you want to use for the render). By adjusting the iris of the non-pointed eye to have the same space between the corner of the eye and the eyelids you get a pretty convincing look. As soon as the eye has a different shape as the standard V4 (especially asian shapes with the ethnic crease) the figure even can look cross eyed if nothing is wrong. The same happens in real life (Just google Lucy Liu to see what I mean - although I am not sure if she does not suffer from a real strabismus).
An exeption: If a person or figure looks on something that is very close (as more the more you lift the target above the head) anyone shows a slight strabismus.

It is even easier: Go to your Account, click the Item list and click on "Updated?" - and everything is sorted from the most recent to the oldest Update. By comparing the purchase date against the date of the update you can see if you have the most recent version (as long as you did not download the update before).

This is what I had in mind, this is the free V4 Furisode from poserclub.net - authentic (IMHO) and most of all natural looking. Okayokay, no fancy materials, no specific light. I should have used a silk-shader instead but didn't want to make a day from "some minutes"
But this is what I would tag with "ethnic" and "asian".

This is without doubt nice - but unfortunatly conforming what is not really suitable for a real kimono... but I already have one here. Give me some minutes...

Laurie mentioned Morphing Clothes: It's well worth the money!! I use it all the time to fit clothes to custom body morphs (and there are sooo many custom tweaks and enhancements available in these days!) - and it is not limited to Victoria!
About your question: Right - you save GND to your character library, load her to mrohing clothes and click all her morphs in a list. Then save this to the presets so that you can choose the GND-morphs with one click next time. That's all.
