imagine if they did.... that would really shake things up...

did you know that the next version of Bryce will be open G/L and you'll have the abilty to pose charecters in there just like in poser.. add animtion to that. and we can say bye,bye poser...like I feel like waiting 1 year for P6.. if i can get better lighting, open g/l, trees, atmosphere,moutians, water, and the abilty to pose my characters in bryce in less than 3 months.. why wait... poser is done... it had a nice run... but unless it can come out with a significant release in the next couple of months.. daz studio with bryce will takeover..

Not fare at all RR, people are having fun, people are creating, why ruin it?.. remember it's not about you rules, it's all about the customer, it's suppose to be about us.... because with out us there is no renderosity... we pay for this site out of our own pockets... we are the ones who make the new ones feel welcome, we are the ones who make the art work, we make the products, we make renderosity successful. Is it too much to ask for just a little respect...

that's why i was hoping someone from e-on could provide me with some answers and examples. i'm sure even without radioisty vue 5 looks like an amazing tool but at over $600 canadian for (vue5 + mover 5 +shipping and taxes) it's a considerable investment for me.. I really need to be sure.. becuase if the using radiosty is like a couple of hours calculation when using a complex model like vicky.. radiosity within vue will be more of a novelty for me than a tool i could use on a regular basis.. like i said before $600 (canadian) is a great deal of money for me.. and if i won't be able to use radiosity features with the Daz models... then i might as well by Bryce at $70 (after platinumn discounts) i know Vue 5 offers so much more than bryce 5.. but we are also talking almost 9 times the investment.. thanks

stay with P4.. the only real feature that's hard to live with out is the librararies in p5...as far as dynamic clothes, hair room,face room,.. well they where fun for a week or so... they work.. but don't add any value to the project.. the only problem i find with p5 is the speed.. if you do alot of global illumination renders 10+ light calculating shadows.. be prepared for twice the render time.. with no incraase in render quality..(i'm not talking firefly. p4 render in p5) that's my 2 cents.

version= i'm using shade le... the outline = i added a 10% reflection to the wall and floors. don't ask me why i made a reflecting wall...maybe cause i could.. i've done dumber things before... the tears in her shirt near her neck..(wow you guys are good.. i didn't even notice that!)= me being lazy setting up the model in poser.. .......... anyway.. i think that's it for my tests.. at least one i'll be posting... unless someone would like to see something specific... i really do apreciate all the comments.. they've been very helpfull. bottom line= i think for $50... it's an amazing addon for poser users who are looking for a little bit more flexibilty when it comes to lighting...

the light thing is what bugged me the most about poser... you really have to play with them quite a lot to get a decent render.. the above portrait.. i think is the best i've ever done.. and only 2 light.. and 8 mintutes render time.. it took about three renders to get the lights right..

becare full... the files might be poser compatible... but it doesn't mean they are compatible with most poser figures. Most of the BVH files I have seen for sale are for the defualt P4 people... I haven't seen many for tha more adavanced daz figures.. like V2 or v3...

i ordered shade ESD version first day it was released, it must have been 5am in california... i got my serial# with a few seconds... it seams to be an automated process.. if you haven't recieved by now... i doubt you ever will.. it probablly got lost along the way.. contact CL...

i have one more example.. this one rendered in poser p5 using daz's clomplex lighting.. 25 + lights.. i guess thats the best i can do with poser.. u be the judge

i agree.. i'd rather have vue 5 eith global..I that comieng out end of this month.. but lets add thgings up view 5 $250. mover 5 $100. toal = $450 shade le.. $49. about ten times the price.. if u can afford vue.. get it... it's a great program
