Video on the internet is still a bit problematic. Ophelia is in MP4/H.264 format, using HTML5 coding, which up-to-date browsers should be able to parse. But there are so many browser/operating system configurations....
I usually upload my videos to YouTube, which encodes for virtually every eventuality, and then embed the url in my page. I plan on enlarging this Ophelia video, and once it is done that is what I'll do. Until then, I don't know, maybe try a different browser....

That was helpful, aldebaran, thanks! I found the utility script, which indeed drops the figure to the floor for the entire animation--it worked....

The IK is turned off.
The V4 figure is walking across a floor, but she wasn't quite ON the floor. So I thought I'd try the Command-D at the beginning of the animation, then part way through, then the end. But she starts on the floor, rises back up a couple inches on the second frame, drops down again where I applied the Command-D, goes back up, etc. Normally, I drop her to the floor using the y Transit at the beginning and end, which usually works fine. But this time I thought, what the heck, let's try the drop-to-floor. Now I can't get rid of it and I don't really want to do this on every frame.
The manual only tells me how to apply the drop-to-the-floor--not how to remove it!

What camera are you using?Â
And is the figure parented to anything?Â

Well, I fired up Poser this morning, and using the Hierarchy Editor I found Center of Mass and something called Goal Center of Mass (beneath Body)...but changing their settings doesnt seem to affect the figure the way youve described. So I am flumoxed. But have a look yourself, using Window/Hierarchy Editor...maybe youll see something.

I believe figures have a kind of center-of-gravity which, if moved, would cause what you describe...figures revolve around this center and it can be mistakenly moved.

Thread: keeping the last frame of an animation for the FIRST frame of the next | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I basically do the same as English Bob, with one minor addition. After saving the animation with a new name (to make sure you dont screw up all your earlier work), and make the final column of frames all keyframes--then I select all the IN-BETWEEN frames, the second through the next-to-last--and deselect all their keyframes. THEN I grab the final frames (make sure they are all selected) and move them over to the first frame.
Bingo. Release, and all the frames after the first column are gone. Er, I hope.

Like the video.
As far as characters -- I'd like to see older women, with more character in their faces, and other ethnicities -- tho these days I am mostly taking stock figures and changing them to suit me.

When I want a change in expression, I will keyframe several frames before the beginning of the change, and several frames where the expression ends. Then I make the change somewhere in the empty middle. This creates a natural curve.
Ive attached a screen shot to show you want I mean.
Then I suggest you look at something else--the graph (Window/Graph at the top bar). In the following note I'll show you how this looks...

I believe when you unclick"animating" in the camera properties, it only affects the camera, not other things. So moving the camera will no longer make a keyframe, but moving other objects will.
Animating requires a lot of experimentation. Lots of complex stuff going on. (Well, Poser as a whole requires a lot of experimentation!) So keep playing...and asking...trying different things...
