I couldn't remember anything special about saving except the library. When you load a hand pose, it prompts you for which hand to load it to.

save an individual material as an mt5 if you want to be able to apply it to other stuff. Save a material collection for different combinations of one item.
You can easily edit a material to a mat pose, but mat poses should be obsoleted.

This is what my phpadmin screen looks like.
Note the MYSQL database and USER table.
The pssword is encrypted.
Yours should have at lease ROOT and the user for your website.

Depending on your web host you might have PHPAdmin or one of the Consoles available. Either should let you check Mysql and the rest.

I know some php and have my own local WAMP server.

you would need to check why MYSQL is using that username and check the password coded is correct.
You would need to look at the php for that page.

I would run a sim just colliding the dress with the floor. That will show if something will fall apart.
You are getting two defects near the top of the side slit.
You could try more steps per frame or change the collide with options.
