Rendo removes the backslashes. See if this is better.

Thread: Poser 7 & Python Help | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It looks like the script is referring to a hardcoded location for tkinter.
C:Program Files (x86)e frontierPoser 7RuntimePythonliblib-tkTkinter.py
Since you've switched to Win 10, Poser may be in a different location than the hardcoded. The tkinter stuff is always in runtimepythonlib. See if your actual file location is different from the location given.
It could also be a Windows registry problem, since you've switched Win versions. When I was using P7, reinstalling Poser was the best way to resolve these disagreements. If you didn't save the installer, I don't know what else would help.

The quick way to generate such chains is Ajax EasyPose, which was a freestanding Windows EXE. I don't see a current link to Ajax, but it appears that 3dCheapskate accomplished the same thing in Python.

Thread: Morphing prop | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
If the OBJ is already in the right scale for Poser, you can just modify it in your modeling app and save the modified version as a separate OBJ. Bring the unmodified OBJ into Poser at 'original scale', load the modified version as a MT for the prop, then save as PP2.
Keeping the same scale all the way through is important. If you change the scale at any step, the MT will go wrong.

Thread: Question about ground plane and textures. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Oops, I should specify the ONE-SIDED square, not the plain "Square". The plain Square is completely useless because it has two unthicknessed sides. I don't know why it's still included in the Primitives set.

You might try using a simple Square primitive instead of the ground plane, or the high-poly "cloth square" if you want to add some wiggles. Textures often do weird things on the official Ground, and generally behave better on a Square.

Thread: Obscene or just Grotesque? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Rejection and editing are always painful, but ShareCG is in business to make money. They know what their customers like, and they don't want to put an item in the 'display window' that will drive away their customers. They're exerting Quality Control, as all publishers do.
Objectively speaking, they haven't jailed you or fined you or even demonetized you. They've simply given you a useful piece of information. Now you know what the audience likes, and you can exert your own Quality Control accordingly. You can either find another outlet for your art, or adjust your art to fit the desires of the ShareCG audience.

I never get into those discount club things and never use coupons. I've found from experience that as soon as I pay extra to get into the "club", either I lose interest in the subject or the store closes. It's easier and simpler to just buy each item for the stated price.

Thread: Poser Pro 11.3 Released | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
The latest update .818 seems to be worse than previous update in terms of failing to close properly. About half the time it gets "stuck" while closing and has to be halted via the task manager.
(Again this is an impression, not a precise count.)

Thread: Will I lose everything if I upgrade a newer version? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Don't worry. Most of the old stuff is still perfectly usable. I'm still using mostly P4 and P5 era content, along with stuff I build myself. None of it fails entirely, though it can't always take advantage of new "features".

Thread: did Poser 11.0 expire? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
This happens a lot with Daz products, which place a 'content' layer between the main named folder and the Poser Runtime. If you point at the main name, Poser doesn't recognize the 'content' layer.

Thread: did Poser 11.0 expire? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
When Poser doesn't recognize a runtime, it's usually because the folder structure is wrong.
In the Add Runtime action, Poser allows you to point at the Runtime itself, or point at the folder directly above Runtime. If you try to select a folder that's two levels above a Runtime, it won't work.

Thread: Leaves shadow ... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
... And come to think of it... If you do need to show the shadows moving, you could just animate the U and V offsets on the image map to scroll the leaf pattern across the ground.

If you don't need to show the shadows moving with the sun, it would probably be simplest to just mix the leaf pattern directly into the Ground's texture with a blender node.

Ditto on the Face Room. There are lots of specific menu choices I never use, but among the major pieces the Face Room is the least useful.
