Hi Deb, if you select the litle arrow on your preview styles and select "element styles" you can the select the scenery prop and click on "outline style" that will make the prop see through but keep your main figure solid so that you can see where you are pputting her in the castle, at least thats what I do with stuff like that anyways :) Alla

I know how you are feeling there - my windows is becomming more and more unstable and I'm putting off that full format 'cause I just know that I'll forget to back up something important and with 40 gigs almost chock a block full - just where the hell am I oing to put it all before I do? Sigh, shame that just reinstalling windows just never does the trick eh?

Sherman, I'm not aure on this as it was a few weeks ago when I installed my free Vue 2, and I'm not famous for my great memory , but I think that mjustmike is right and I only had to email them for the registration - I know that I've got an email from E-on in my "important" folder with my registration number on it anyway. Thankyou Tammy:) It's comments like that that make it worth it:) Also, I know that I wouldn't release a product unless it was spot on for me and my beta testers, I have two other hair models sitting on my hard drive, one I made before the Smart hair model and never released it as it has a slight kink in the texturing, due to me slicing in some added polygons, and my newest model, Sassy hair, which you can see in my gallery, of which I'm very proud but I need to figure either convert it to a conformable character or make morph targets for it, as it is a longer style and I'm not happy with the way that it cuts into the models shoulders in certain poses. So I won't be releasing it until it is A1 ready. I also love Koz's georgeous hair, it is beautiful and versatile, and it is very, very generous of him to give it away for free, but I hardly ever use it anymore as almost every other image in the gallery sems to be utilising it, and I like to have something different in mine.

Don't worry I've got a chronic case of the keyboard gremlins here LOL The little b****rs really take advantage when I'm tired or have had a couple of itsy bitsy pints I've attached the link to my hair to the top of this post so you, also if you check out the gallery there are quite a few images in there done by people who have bought it. BTW there are also some morphs and extra textures for it in the free stuff section under hair. Alla

My Commercial product, the Smart hair model is already set up with HR2 files not only for both Victoria and Possette but with HR2 files for the both of them for all four of the colour variations, so no "tweaking" is needed. So all in all you get eight HR2 files, that will just pop into place when they are selected from the hair library. I have many very happy customers whom I am sure will attest to this :) I don't have Anton's hair, but I am sure that the reason for the statement on Daz's web page is due to the fact that this is using geometry swapping, an advanced technique that imports different hair models (thus calling up different geometry) when you turnthe dial, now I don't know much about the ins and outs of it but I imagine that if after setting the hair up and parenting it to Vicky that you decide that you need a different style and turn that dial (hey I can rhyme!)that the new geometry will appear in the default positon. I think that Anton was showing great integrity by putting the note on the web page about it, and that as an aside I think that it is great value, to be getting all those styles for that price, and as soon as I can affored it I'll be buying it myself - it never hurts to learn from a master :) Alla

I know all to well about the grey areas from when I use bryce Kate! They are a major pain, although I've found that adjusting the contrast usually helps, but you have to be careful as you can end up loosing some of the areas where there is supposes to be hair, all very well if you are going for the "going thing on top and proud of it look LOL but not so good for those pretty Possette and Vicky pictures :)
