Curse Dial-up it won't load at all. I bookmarked it and will have to wait till monday at work to grab a look at it on the cable conection...pout I gotta wait all weekend to see it Sound awesome though Terry can't wait to see it.

If you download the "merchant utility" here in the free section it will switch the p5 info to p4 info for you :-) I use it to make my free items more compatible with p4 and pro users as I only have Poser 5. It works very well, I don't get any complaints that 4 users are haveing problems with the files. :-) If you open the cr2 files (or pp2 files as is the case with most of my posts) after uing the utility the information is organized better for editing too.

PS do you have a pic of them open? I can't remember what the inside of the latch looks like I think it is a simple " [ " shape.

Let me know if you can't find any, I do take requests for freebies and these would fit into the catagory of things I normaly say yes too :-) (itmes taking 1-2 nights are normaly an automatic "yes I will make them and post them for all to use" if I figure it is within my ability) 1 night for non posable (perhaps some morphs for the latch and handle), 2 nights to make all the little bits move as a posable character :-)

Like diolma said it is easy to make as a dynamic. The only advantage to downloading mine would be that it is mapped, the materials have been set, it is pre-smart proped to the major Mil Characters and there is a morphing version with about 5 poses that can be used in Poser 4. It's also about 3 times the vert count of the high res square. The vert count is very important for cloth, it only bends on the vertex lines. So a higher count means more realistic folds and such. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying mine is better, just that it is already done for you and could save some time. If you haven't done anything of the sort before it also serves as an example of how to do it :-)

Hmmm, no one answered your plea for aid. Sorry, I would have if I had known it was here. If you are trying to use the cloth room it could cause problems. It doesn't like closed objects like a chain link. It prefers single sided items like the poser primitive square. Uou would have to constrain the links to make them keep there shape and as a result they wouldn't drape worth a hill of beans. That why ToxicAngel's chain and mine are "characters" Parent the end of the chain where you want it to start and then pose it around the character by bending the link joints till you get back to where you started. If a longer chain is needed then parrent 2 chains together. I can't do screen shots (don't know how, I'm just a 3D builder) but could pose my chain on M2 and post the pose if desired. :-)

260 free P5 materals and still growing...lol You can grab them here too. Just click on my name "mapps" above this message and when the IM window loads near the top click on the "mapps free stuff contributions" link instead of sending a message and boom your there. there are something like 6 sets total and you will have to go through 65+ free items by me to find them all. But since every thing is free you may find some other stuff you like too ;-)

If you have moved on to FireFly at this point I do recomend downloading my shaders. Here in the freesection (fast way there click on my name above "mapps" when it pops up the IM message window look at the top it will have view mapps free section click on it instead of sending a message, boom yer there). I've been told that taking appart my mats has helped many figure out how the mats work, which is great, thats what they are for. :-)

Has many and more on the way. New pack of 260 mats comming very soon to the rosity nearest you includes all the ones I've made to date and some new ones. Many of the older ones have been revised to correct small problems and or just to get them closer to the look I was looking for. The compleatly new ones will also be posted as a seperate pack 6 or 7 have to see what number I'm up to on that. The old packs will be removed. :-)

Well...If you are gonna snug up I will get right to work :-) I do have some new ones I'm working on and have revised some of the old ones Likley next week I will be releasing the new ones alone (stones and new leathers) and a revised pack of all my mats to date (257 total could be more than that by the time I post, I'd like 260 even at least). I see also that I need to start coming here to the forums, it took me over 2 hours to read all the stuff here addressed to me or my stuff. I had simply never gone through the forums before. :-)

1 additional note, sorry to any that posted the query here "mapps can you check your free stuff?" I had no idea this forum was here. Before today I had only been in the forums twice and that was to check something someone had asked me to look at :-)

You can try starting the sheet at a angle too. Tilt it 1-2 degrees toward her head and it will contact there first and not pull back so much :-)

if you have any problems please IM me direct. I try to always respond same day. I only come to the forum if some one i know points out that i need to check something there. I do have a trouble shooting list for anyone have the "security" issue. :-) Odds are you are running XP with service patch 2 installed or you have Spybot.

Wow i had no Idea theat my toon shaders were so popular, thats why I never made anymore. Perhaps I should consider finishing the set i had started. :-)
