I went to www.google.com and searched "fashion studio". The second link is the one I give you here. (It's not responding at the moment, though.)Thread: Converting obj PC files to Mac files | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

How does a geometry's RSR file just go and become corrupted all on it's own? The mystery of Microsoft...
Thread: Can't apply texture map correctly | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
the texture map is for poser 4 Why is the name and source of the texture a secret? Without that information, we can only say: This texture does not go with this figure... [There is more than one Poser 4 figure, not to mention the Poser 3 figures included with Poser 4...]

Thread: What the hell is a Quaternion? | Forum: Poser Technical
Will the difference between the 2 methods be significant? I don't know. Why not try it and see? I guess when they put it in the program, someone thought it would be significant.
Thread: What the hell is a Quaternion? | Forum: Poser Technical
The science or calculus of quaternions is a new mathematical method Not so new. Quaternions were invented (discovered?) by the Irish mathematician and philosopher Sir William Rowan Hamilton in the 1800's. Quaternions can be used to mathematically describe rotations. For most purposes the quaternion method was replaced by the matrix method when that was later invented. Technically, quaternions are a 4-dimensional number system, just as the complex numbers are a 2-dimensional number system. I think the use in Poser is for interpolating in animations: if the position of some morph is given in two key frames, how should it be filled in between? Try the quaternion method if you do not like the default way that it was filled in.

another suggestion: when you change a CR2, trash the RSR file (or on Mac, the resource fork).
Thread: Morph question. | Forum: Poser Technical
When you make the OBJ file from just the head, make sure it is in its "zero" state, with no translations, rotations, or morphs applied. The best way to get this is to use the OBJ files under Geometries in your Poser Runtime directory.
Thread: Inserting props | Forum: Poser Technical
Clothing props don't "conform". Clothing FIGURES do. Which are you using? Props can be "smart props" which means they move to a certain place on the figure when added. To get a smart prop, move it to the location you want, parent it to the body part you want, then add to the props library: you will get a dialog asking if you want it to be a "smart prop".
Thread: Poseable Book? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
hurst@paradise.net.nz answered: I was aware of this, I think this problem appears in Poser4 only (I think). However I have pretty much moved on from using the Poser/Raydream software for the moment and have no plans to go back to it any time soon.I've also lost access to my site on Geocities as well so I can't take it down. Sorry I can't help you.
