A good tip is a product made by Microsoft called Process Explorer. A company named Sysinternals made it and they got purchased by Microsoft some years ago. It's available on Microsoft's Technet website. Google for it and grab it from the technet dot microsoft website. You'll find it will monitor resources and can be super helpful for diagnosing problems (much better than the built in resource monitor). Later versions of the resource monitor (shipped with other versions of the OS) incorporate many of Process Explorer's features. It's also a great way to keep track of items and possibly catch when something bad is happening. As soon I start my pc I start and run Process Explorer all the time.
Another tip is a program called Autoruns (by Sysinternals and hosted on the same Microsoft website). It's a way of looking and editing the registry without actually diving into the registry by hand. Instead of deleting registry keys, you can use Autoruns to turn off and on many keys (things normally under start up and delete missing key files). Spybot Search and Destroy, and Malwarebytes use similar tools but Autoruns is a fantastic low resource addition.
VLC is fantastic :)

Hope it helps :) I found the library (unless you are using something like Dimension3d's library helper) seems to use Adobe Air. On the possible conflicts, even though Adobe Flash is kind of needed for many sites, this newest version seems to be... buggy. I notice on tabbed browsing with websites that have many flash elements (or links to youtube videos) a giant amount of resourses being used and causing lag.
I do use the Open GL myself. Also depending on your video card software you might poke around the settings.... maybe...

Make sure Abode Air is updated and Abode Flash. I notice that same thing happening when I have a browser window open that has some heavy flash element running.

Depending on where poser is installed and the runtime libraries it can be a sharing issue. Also could be a permissions issue. If on a second drive (the libraries) it can take a bit longer to load invidual libraries. I've seen it take a bit long and sometime the individual library needs to be refreshed (the icon next to the library folder in poser). :) Also I've seen (it's been a long while) firewalls not give poser access to shared files.

Hi Stacy, my sincerest apologies. I seem to have misremembered about the grab bags. I thought you clicked on the bag (in the account purchases section) to get the download. I totally had a senior moment there. My deepest apologies again. Thank you for your help and have a lovely weekend :)

No problem :) I actually still see a page occassionally not load after the button's pressed to remove the item. It'll just load a blank gray page (with the upper and right frame, but nothing where the cart should be.....

Update, okay, I've reopened the website and cart and now it appears to be working normally. The first time you do the option however goes to a white page with the text mentioned in the previous post.

Filtering the product list is bad here, as well as the time to remove an item from the shopping cart. I just timed it. The process I used was to use the button delete from cart. Yes, I had other items in the cart. To delete one item took 84 seconds for the page to refresh. For 1 item. No check boxes to remove multiple items at a time, just one item. May I suggest other users time the delete item button from the cart process and post it here to get an idea of how slow the website and shopping in general is at this time with this current version of the webpage design.
1st test, 84 seconds from pressing the red delete button to cart update.

The bottom line is it afffects sales. Sales numbers are what drives the revenue for the website. If one's shopping experience is bad or frustrating they are more likely to spend that revenue elsewhere. Who's gone to get groceries to discover a huge checkout line, and in that moment decided to either postpone that purchase or comeback at a different time (to a different store)? The actual time spent shopping is bad here because the mechanisms (website issues) make it more time consuming to locate, look at previews (wait for pages to load), deal with funky color combinations, etc. Pre-testing the website would have been idea.
Another simple thing. When you click on a vendors store, you get taken to the highlight page of products, not the actual full store. This is so frustrating. How about a separate highlighted sales button for the vendor instead? If I click on store I want store, not a small list of items.
I gave the example of a grocery store earlier for a point. If you are going to the grocery store you want to view a particular line of food product, not just 10 or 12 items selected by the store staff or by the vendor.
On connection speed, I have a decent connection (for my area). The website is painfully slow. I hate to imagine people with slow internet connection speeds.

BTW what happens is the previews will hang forever trying to load. Not my browser, ad blocking, or my ISP. On the opening the image with right click I do get an message when it fails. Next time it happens I will post the message.

Almost two weeks later after store relaunch and product previews still don't properly work. :( It's not my browser cache either. I've tested this in Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer, all of which use different caches. It's bad coding. Sometimes the preview will work when right clicking and opening one in a separate tab. That's about 50% of the time. It makes shopping here really, really, really inconvenient. When you have a cart of about 30 or so items and are planning a big purchase, but want to pick and choose particular items it makes one want to give up the process and go elsewhere.
Beta testing the website would have been ideal rather than releasing it with bugs. I know and appreciate many bugs have been fixed but this one is pretty annoying.... Not meaning to come off angry. Just trying to tell the truth as a customer who's trying to make purchases.

Thread: Marketplace Is REDICULOUSLY slow to load. | Forum: Suggestion Box
Item preview pages never seem to load. So if you want to look at an item in detail it hangs up. You get the loading... loading.... loading... etc (go make a sandwich, eat it, come back) loading.... loading... etc. It's crazy long.
