Undo function in Blender: Save after everything you do then reopen last to undo. :O( Blender tip of the day: Do everything right the first time. :O) It's still a great program and the best value in 3D. P5 is second.

I think the P5s are easy to work with and look great. It's a shame more people aren't taking full advantage of its' features.

It's not meant to be arrogrant. I'm a hobbyist, too. I think the reason I like the face room so much is because it functions so much like the 'create a player' feature on EA Sports video games which, quite frankly, are designed for kids. I thought, "why can't Poser have something like this?," when I used P4. With P5, they did it, although a lot better, and a lot of other things too. As it turns out, the guy who started this thread writes he's holding off on buying. It's a lot more unfortunate for him.

Get P5. It's cheap now and lots of fun. Don't buy into the negative hype. You'll love it.

Oh, I've got all the background apps shut down too. But when the memory is gone, and any kind of ambitious, multi-figure render in Poser will suck it all up, it's gone. You either have a utility that can recover a sufficient amount of RAM on the fly, or you crash. It's as simple as that. :O)

I've got Memturbo on my Win98 machine. Saves me from lockups all the time. It was money very well spent and I hate spending money.

The best hybrid would be to take the V3 body and merge it with the Judy head so you can use the P5 face room.

Try www.memturbo.com. Defrags your RAM on the fly, so you won't freeze. Saves me just about every time I use P5.
