What I did is after I created a path + walk designer and manually added a quick arm animation, I exported the bvh with no scale. I opened a new scene, created a path (the same as the original) and used the same walk in walk designer. Then moved back the slider to frame 1, imported the bvh and it worked the way I wanted it.I do not know if I should celebrate because the problem that lies next is, what about a scene which the character is flying above the ground or any animation with no need of walk designer? I am thinking maybe the best way is to write down the xyz translations in selected key frames in the initial scene to re-key them in a new scene which has the imported bvh.
The reason why I am doing the "hard way" of animating is I import the scenes to DAZ which is a little different animation wise to poser unless you use BVHs.

I did what you advised but it doesnt seem to work.
After applying the walk designer with path, I exported the bvh with "Don't scale figures" selected. When I imported it into the scene, the figure turns to different directions but doesn't leave the place.
I tried a different approach, saving it first as a p2z animated pose file, applying that to a new figure then exported again the bvh with no scale. She still doesn't leave her place like the former.
I tried experimenting maybe when import, I both tried no scale and with scale. The only difference is v4 levitates up the ground in the "Automatically scale" option and it too doesn't leave her place.
I am running out of ideas and getting frustrated. Help please. Thanks for replying.

I got it now. And hey, it worked like a charm! Thanks lesbentley! Yes, it works well in my Poser 7.
The only problem left is how to change the l with something more interesting.

First identify if you want to make it a conforming clothing or a dynamic clothing or a hybrid.
For dynamic clothing I recommend going to:
For conforming:
and look at the tutorials a-z and click on clothing creation.
In case you get problems like pointing mesh:

Hybrid:

For putting morphs on it, you can get yourself some of PhilC's Wardrobe Wizard in
http://www.philc.net/tutorialsIndex.htm
another way is putting folds and gravity on it using the cloth room and creating morph targets.

Quote - This most often means your pre-compiled file (*.pyc) isn't compatible with the Python version you're using.
Poser has another Python version with allmost any major version-number (P4PP, P5, P6, P7).
So how can I fix it?

Thread: walking on heels first for v4 not on toes | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thanks for replying. I was about to lose hope.
I downloaded the file and tried to remove the TXT extention by renaming it and leaving the pz2 but it doesn't change from being a text file. Could you upload it instead to rapidshare or some other filesharing site so it could be easy for me?
Quote -
You could try a pz2 I wrote "HeelHelper", It was meant to solve the opposite problem, letting a flat footed figure walk in high heels, but it should work the other way round as well. I don't have V4, so can't test it on that figure myself. If you try it, please let me know if it solves your problem or not.I have attached the file at the top of this post. I had to add a ".TXT" file extension to post it here as an attachment. Save the file to a pose folder without the ".TXT" part of the extension.
INSTRUCTIONS:
HeelHelper only works in P6 or above. HeelHelper let's you apply a static correction value to the bend of the foot, and to the hight of the Body actor above the ground. HeelHelper can be applied either before or after the walk cycle has been applied, but its dials should remain set at zero until after the walk cycle has been applied. Make sure the character, NOT a shoe, is selected when you apply HeelHelper. After applying the walk cycle advance the animation a few frames until the thighs are lined up approximately side by side, use the yHip dial to raise the figure, use the HeelAdjust dial to set the shoes (or feet, if bare foot) parallel to the floor, if necessary readjust the yHip dial. Advance the animation and see if the toes dig into the floor, if so find a frame where the toe dig is at its worst and use the 'NoToeDig' dial to correct this. After using HeelHelper, you may find that using the "DropFigAllFrames" Python script (that comes with Poser), will further improve the walk.If you need to reapply the walk cycle, or add a new walk cycle, you should zero the HeelHelper dials first. You should also zero the dials before saving the figure back to a pallet, this is not necessary when saving a pz3.
I have only tested HeelHelper in P6, but have had reports of it working in P7.

Thread: OT: Anyone else disappointed by the look of the new STAR WARS? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Well, at least its not animated in the "dexter's laboratory" style cartoon unlike before. So they simply merged the dexter style and 3d together and they have a new product.
And, its easier to animate a model this way for using real models will demand too much perfection.
To add CONSPIRACY to the subject, the cabal reanimated the ooooold movie to brainwash the kids and unsuspecting populace to turn from good to bad after a tragic experience in preparation to enslave us all by idolizing and symphatizing with Annakin. :O

Thread: pz3 with animation don't work properly in DAZ? | Forum: DAZ|Studio
Quote - Daz Studio has a basic timeline for animations. It should load a single layer Poser animation , it may not understand a Poser 7 multi layer animation though.
I rendered out a walk test scene that I had done and it looks ok. You need to change the render settings to movie and supply an output file name .
Having limits set may affect how it looks , I would try with limits off .
MY FRIEND!
I would kiss your feet now.
I redid and saved the walk animation into the base layer and it worked! No more wiggly and weird stuff! Yay!
Thanks to markschum!

Thank you very much.
I guess I will be forced to save pz2 files in Poser then and have them animated in puppeteer in DAZ.

Thread: How to create Morph Targets using Poser 7 and Hexagon 2.5 | Forum: Freestuff
"In order to add a morph target, you need to create a morph target geometry. This geometry
represents the end-point of the morphing. The morph target geometry must contain the
same number of vertices as the original body part, that’s why you’ll usually use the
original body part as a starting point."
This quote is taken from the poser tutorial manual. So this means I cannot make extra polys other than what the head originally has? I was thinking if a morph target of growing and complex looking horns is possible.
