Actually, GothKurlz, you can change file types by right clicking and selecting the letters that designate type (such as CR, PZ, HR, FC, etc.) and replacing them with something else. I've done it with some of Netherwork's Darklingwear Mats that used a P4 trick of being able to be put in the Camera folder with the file extension of .cm2 and renamed them to .pz2 files and put them in the Poses folder for P5. Rollike, try looking at the file types for all the files, here's a quick reference as to what folder the various types belong in: .cm2 = Camera .cr2 = Character .pz2 = Pose .lt2 = Light .fc2 = Face .pp2 = Props .mt5 = Materials (Poser 5) .hr2 = Hair .hd2 = Hand And not, Material files, to change the color of something and Morph files, such as for the 3rd Gen Millenium figures also go in the Pose folder, so some of those files there probably belong there.

The only limit in P5 is for showing thumbnails. The default is 100, but by opening the libraryprefs file in a text editor and editting the fourth line down, that can be set much higher.

I'm running a Toshiba Satellite with a 2Ghz processor with 1Gb of ram, so yes it is possible. The only recommendation I have is get one with a large HD, or a decently sized external HD.

This is nonsense, you buy the full product and you can`t copy the disk?? Pirates probably already have programs to copy disks like this anyway.<< Or work their way around needint the disk.

I've had that pop up on occasion as well, and even minimizing all windows and clicking on the "ghost" doesn't do anything. On a side note, closing it has closed Poser itself, and it always goes away when I shut Poser down.

Care to explain this a little better, JenyK, that's awfully vague. I personally haven't entered any contests (Don't think I'm good enough yet), but the matter in which this is finally resolved will have an impact on any future contest participation I may have.

I've got P5 on an external hard-drive, with most of my content in external runtime folders on the same drive, and noticed an annoying lag when doing anything in those runtimes. However, I renamed that file, and have experienced a marked decrease in the amount of time it take to switch between runtimes and load things from those runtimes. Thanks much.
