No, Dave-So... you haven't missed any of the other destinations yet... "Waystations", "Hyperion" and "Feng's" are the initial offerings. "Unit 9240" is still in the conceptual stage. To date, only "Waystations" has been released. Ajax has been relocating in real life, so I can't bug him about the bar till the dust has settled. Cheers! M

Actually, there is enough space for an employee backroom, with a small toilet, lockers and still have space inside for a secure lift. :o) More views of the untextured model. Cheers! M

Not good news. I am withdrawing Dystopian Displays from the testing queue for the Renderosity Marketplace. It appears that the policies here make it more complicated to package a product than it is to create the product. LOL! Oh well... we'll look for another venue to get these commercially distributed. :o) Cheers! M

Just packaging up this product now and waiting for the final touches on the readme.txt file. :o) Unfortunately, I have run out of time on doing the Dystopian TrueType Font file. :o( I will probably offer it as a free download to buyers later on. Cheers! M

Cool beans, Ajax. I'll send you the Data Stick mesh this evening when I get home along with a couple of demo screens from the Dystopian Displays package. I'm not sure if we can do freestuff hosting from www.team-dystopia.com yet. I need to speak with caleb68 about that first. Ok... based on the comments of shogakusha, I've modified the data stick to have a longer size making it slightly more feasible. While it is a bit thinner, I have also made it longer to accomodate the full height of the screen, with the keyboard section now centered. If I can find one of my partners who can rig this and poserize some dials for it, I would happily offer this data stick gadget for freestuff (including a couple of simple **Dystopian Displays**). Let's hope Ajax isn't too busy to play with this one. :o) Thank you very much for your critical input and suggestions. Cheers! M

Thanks for the feedback. Philywebrider I am currently working on a new weapons package and cultivating a new partnership (to help ease the workload on my existing partners). I'll send you an IM when we've got something to show. cyllan The new gear is a series of items, with the data stick being only the first of those items. If there is enough interest in the Dystopian Displays, I might decide to offer up the data stick as a freebie bundled with a couple of simple displays. And then I'll have to start over on new gear. :o) Cheers! M

Sorry... I decided to delete the image above and replace it with a slightly improved image sequence. The sidearm is the HASP 220, but the feature here is the datastick computer using the upcoming "Dystopian Displays". Thank you for taking the time to look. Cheers! M

Hi dialyn, :o) Thanks for dropping by and sharing that precious insight on developing settings. I am sure that that is how I should approach rewriting this first draft. It feels like the right tact to take. Before I do take on a rewrite, I will complete this short story, flesh out the entire plot, get my events sorted out, and arrive at a resolution to whatever conflicts might arise. And then I think I will do a critical review. :o) Cheers! M
