I'm sorry Bruno, but i think i misunderstood you.
Deleting or creating / loading object will not be recognised by keypoints.
As far as my knoledge the only way is making it either invincable with animated material/scaling or moving it very quickly out of side.

It could be that youre pivot point is not in the middle of the object. Try resetting the pivot point and see if it still is outside the box.

Just remember to tab/click the little cloud on the light property screen, otherwise youre lights will not influence the clouds

I played a little more with it, can't figure out how to animate the bottom cloud to get the "roll" effect..

I tried it a few times... And it's very hard..
I never finished this one:
It's animated metaclouds ,i don't like the end myself.
Just take one cloud at the time, i find it is not the amount of clouds (in the above only three) but it's the lighting that makes the difference. (Although that also depends on the scene and shot)

U can use either an alpha plane or backdrop.
Also check out the Image based lighting scene delivered with Vue, there you see how they use an image.

Quick and dirty:
- Place the first object in position
- Go to the position tab
- Select show pivot
- Drag (or type) the pivot to the center of youre desired circle
- Select rotation , Now Press "ALT" and drag or type the object. (Same as copy)
- A new object occurs and it rotates from the center (You can manually set the rotation angle or just drag)

Hello thunder, tnx for youre comment.
And yes, i know that the flickering is caused by the render settings, i have flikker free render settings but i did not use them because then the rendertimes trippled or more... ;-(
When i'm satisfied i will try a renderfarm with the good settings
I saved as JPEG 100% pictures, and make them into a movie afterwards.
