The same thing happened to me. Try filling in your address and details in the 'my account' area and saving it, rather than filling it in when checkout asks for it. That's the only way I could get past that point.

It doens't help.... no creditcard, no download, even it's a free one.
I'll try that ticket filing thing later this week...

Still haven't found a way to download the update.
I Guess the only thing left to do is uninstall poser and forget that I payed money for it.

Yes indeed, next I click the read Win32 'button' and I come to the content paradise page, with the update in my cart, but not able to download it.

Well, I found the folder, but no .exe files in the zips that let me install the program.
Seem like  I only dowloaded plugins and genesis and some essentials, not the program itself...
Will give it another later this evening, it's a really exhausting and frustrating experience....Â

Thanks all for the replies... age of monitor could be a problem, don't know for sure now. I'm going to experiment with the light meter the coming days, see where it gets me...

Sounds like 'check your monitor calibration and then ignore comments on lighting':)
