Damnit I haven't posted here since the split with 3dCommune.However I can't let this crap go on without putting in my 2 cents. While having a group of "totaly Bipartisan" group placing a "SEAL" of approval on a model could be benificiant to the community as a whole. I question the MOTIVES of the so called impartial jury whom have APPOINTED themselves to this endevor.All I can say is follow history on ALL of the Poser sites, and let that be your guide, some of these so called Freedom Fighters for justice and "high quality" goods have shall we say a TARNISHED record. Enough said!!!

Thanks Ed that does make a little sense. However something must be done. Just a few shouldering the burden is just way to much.I don't think a short term infussion from the members would be all that bad.It would at least releive the pressure on you guys until a more "palatable" answer can be found.

rtamesis yeh one of the packs I was talking about was the fantasy texture pack It was the first I had seen of it. Didn't mean to mislead just wanted to let everyone on to the fact that the cloths were there

I just went to the site and bought them there is 2 paks ones cloths the other is different textures didn't get a email or anything Spent about $45 worth

Cinema 4d great program Unfortanatly it saves obj files differently than poser expects so I've got to figure a way to reoder the file so poser will like it

Will probably make a slinky dress right now this one needs to be chopped up and imported into poser.I just wanted to get peoples ideas on what they would like.Some hair I done a while back kinda flopped.So I didn't want to put something up that no one liked

Bast I hope to I have a book on costumes from 1066-1990 plan to make several diferent eras. I'm learning Cinema 4d right now and cutting this up I have to go through some weird steps to get the parts right,but I think its doable. renapd yes I saw the back after I put it up and I agree with the creases this is supposed to be an evening gown (so strapless) I've been thinking about a ribbon around the waist to pull it tight and bring it on around some. Clint how about a don't mind either way.I have an old version of truespace which I don't use.So it wouldn't benefit me.However There are those who use it who would probably benefit from it.I believe that Renderosity has gone far beyond its Poser origins,and the more we cover the better the forum becomes. The big question is do you have the room?

Start sllooowly grashopper jumping in with both feet will get you soaked. Take it one step at a time. Start with whats in the manual get a good foothold and UNDERSTAND whats in the manual.Most of these things will teach you how to move ,light,and position people also how to change the ones that come with poser. Once you get those basics and they are the basics you will understand better such things as morph targets,textures,composition etc. Then you will be able to understand what it takes to make people cloths etc. It takes more tools other than just Poser in order to actualy MAKE new people and cloths.If you don't know the basics you will get lost and frustrated very quickly and then want to give up. A good saying to remember is "you must first learn to walk before you can learn to run."
