All you have to do is THIS: They are talking about your going into the directory structure and creating the path and file that the installer is looking for: C:Program files (x86)/Common Files/Daz/dzinstall.ini.
You would do this using "My Computer" and just navigate into Common files, create a Daz folder (if it's not there) and inside that folder, create an empty file called dzinstall.ini by right clicking in that directory and using the "New File" option.
I had same problem today and Basicwiz helped me out..It works like a charm.

Hello Gabrielle, I don't know your computer specs but probably the video card has a hard time to move all that geometry around. One thing (actually two) that you can try are:
1) make the fur not visible, then pose the grizzly, and later, before rendering, make the fur visible again
2) or you could enable the Display Tracking as Fast: that way, when you pose or move the model, it shows wireframe cubes to have a fast display, and when you release the mouse it restore the full display model.
Let me know if that works

I wrote pretty much the same day Its such an awful product and so many others think so as well but I cant afford to waste 89.00 on a product that really should not of made it past the test stage.I even put it on credit card instead of Paypal as usual. I guees its my fault but upsetting none the less.
(Sorry I am grumpy ) Just very disappointed is all.
