Hey, THANKS for including one of my photos in the gallery! :-) And congrats to everybody else :-)
Thread: Poser Figures in Vue 5 | Forum: Vue
Just a little hint with a "problem" I encountered once. I did all the posing on eg. frame 30 in Poser but I imported frame 1, so no pose was imported of course ;-)Â
Maybe it's the same for you ;-)
Thread: Preordering Vue 6 xStream or Vue 6 Infinite? Your inputs much appreciated! | Forum: Vue
I would agree to my "fore-writers" here... Do all the modelling in Cinema, Rhino whatever - import it all to Vue and render there. This works excellent for me because Vue is very good in importing several formats (including native Poser import etc.).

The speed and the quality of the VUE renders differs from image to image. (Ok, I'm using VUE4 Pro which offers quite a lot more rendering options than VUE4 "Classic"). When using DoF even the fastest machine will put you in the situation of waiting for your render (not only drinking a coffee but going to the shop, buying it, bringing it up, cleaning up the coffee machine, cook your coffee, drink it and afterwards have an extensive dinner or so lol). But with with VUE Pro you are able to do your own plants and stuff - so, there are practically no limits for you.

Have you unchecked smooth polygons in the render options ? I have this problem sometimes with certain lighting and camera angles.

As long as the dress fits over your Stephanie and is not infering with the mesh everything should go well... but at last you don't have a choice and you have to try it ;-)

Trying the cloth room in Poser 5 is always worth a try... the most important thing is that the mesh is only one-sided. Most of the rest you can tweak somehow.

I think nearly every art program (3D or 2D) could be used to "make money"... but to get rich with art stuff is quite difficult I think. For me it's enough when I can fund my hobby through the selling here in marketplace. Of course you can go profesional even with Poser - think of previsualisation for movies or series (more than enough projects out there).Thread: Shadow question for P5... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
It's always a good idea to point the appropiate lights to the body (or maybe an object beneath your main model - here the woman). Do you render with the shadow option activated within Firefly (I hope that this question doesn't offend you ;-) ). There's a good tutorial @DAZ for lighting. Cheers, greetinx
