Subject: Sketch Designer/different renders

Is there a tutorial / thread on the Sketch Designer? Also can you change the Render default style?

I really like the Cartoon with Lines style, but the default is to render to full Texture shaded. Can I change this? I can get a Cartoon w/Lines figure image into Paint Shop Pro but the props or backgrounds are poorly shown. My ideal would be to compose a scene in Texture Shaded so I could check it then render it in Cartoon w/Lines. Is this possible? Is there another way?

This one may help with the sketch designer.

Got it, many thanks.

Even off a quick look before work, picked up 1 point I hadn't thought of, that lighting affects the sketch design and render as it does the full one

You can "render" Cartoon-with-lines by making a one frame animation, if you want something that is larger than your workspace. Or just anitalias that and save the picture.

Cartoon-with-lines aren't renders per se, and they should not be confused with the sketch Designer in Poser. Cartoon-With-Lines is a good way of getting an idea of where the shadows fall on a Sketch render though :o)
