Description

The second of this well beloved appalling series on bush droppings: One has to love the artistic touch of this hyena sculpting its faeces, hehe. Note that it's a very bright white because it's very high in calcium content, it does after all scavenge and hardly ever leaves a bone behind. Very brave animals doing a splendid job of recycling in nature.

Brace yourself, if this is not your cup of tea, it will be safe to return to this gallery after the next one or two uploads, lol. I hope you all have a splendid week!

IMPORTANT! Go challenge your fellow photographers in the August forum challenge.

Thank you for kind comments, critique and visits to my previous upload:

HA! Reminds me of the friendship stacks or directional stacks I find when hiking. Perhaps the hyenas were the originator of this practice? Interesting color and smooth texture for this subject. :-) Great shot, Piet.

If you are not careful you think this was button mushrooms. Something you would collect and have on a salad. I think I will be looking closer at my salad after this picture of shit not shrooms.
