Description

I am still practising to paint digitally, and painted this in Photoshop CS4 using wacom intuos3. This is a handsome African Lion, so what can I say, I just love all cats whether big or small. Hope you like this everyone, it took a while to paint, and to those who visit here regularly you will notice by the background, that in fact originally he was part of 'Bastet - Egyptian Cat Goddess ' artwork, but thought he deserved the starring role on his own, so I removed him and here he is standing proud. I thoroughly enjoyed this challenge, and loved creating his amazing mane. Many thanks for your visit, and to those who have kindly commented and faved previously I appreciate it so very much. I know you love cats, but this is just too awesome for words, Miss Jane. The big guy is in dire need of a haircut, and possibly a shave. That said, stellar postwork in this presentation. And, hope that your hand ailment is improving.
