Description

Nature is its own artist. The ingredients are simply three of the four elements, sand (earth), ice (water) and wind (air). Let the time do its job and watch how nature starts to make something beautiful of it. Oh yes, the last element is required as well! Fire, that has to be in the heart of the photographer! :) The North-sea shore is some 84 km (52 miles) distant, so this landscape of dunes will not lead you to the sea. I'm sorry! ;) This sand lies on altitudes between 20 and 25 m (65 - 85 ft) and belongs to the old forests of the Veluwe, the largest united woodland of the Netherlands.
