I actually just created a folder called 'runtime' on a usb HDD (installed the files there), and in Poser added a runtime and navigated to the new runtime. I can use the files and view the thumbnails, but only if they are in RSR format, not in PNG.

Sounds like you need a data recovery prog. You can get a prog, but there are some professional data recovery sites that reqire you to send them the media (and i'm guessing a suitably hefty fee) - only if your data is very important.

Correction lundqvist; IE Browser support is lousy!lol! You can add some code to the html with the PNG to enable IE to support the aplha transparency (though it uses activeX, so if the surfer has it turned off in IE, they won't see it.)

can't you just select all the frames after and then move them back a frame? Would that not write over the frame?

Personally I prefer ZBrush. Though if you are using v1.5(versions before & after sre ok) you will need to download the X-flip zscript from ZBrushCentral if you are making morphs for poser. Plenty of advice on Poser morphing(full body even) in the ZBrushCentral forum. I have no experience of the other 2 apps, but there are plenty of members who do.
