I haven't tried Bisquit's package, but some packages come with a light and dark version of the same eyebrows. You need to overlay one over the other so that the hairs have shadows under them to increase the level of realism.

I use PP2012 and that has a really nice and easy way to do this. When you have your obj file created for the open zipper morph all you have to do is use the "Load Morph Target" under "Object" and it takes care of it for you. I always use Full Body morphs.

For youtube HD I save all the frames as 1920x1080 png files (sometimes I photoshop the individulal png files) and then pull them into Adobe Premiere Elements to make the movie. There are a lot of programs out there that can take the png files that Poser makes and convert them into a film.
If you don't want to use png files you can save them as jpg or other formats.
I upload the files as mpg files. Here is my page if you want to see one.

I put nude images on character textures as do most people. I think rendo requires front, back and side images.

You might want to think about using more ram since you have a 64 bit system. RAM is fairly inexpensive. I have no problems at all with my system. You can see the system I use in the sig.

Poser File Editor can do it, but it is a little complicated. Are you working with dialed morphs or custom morphs?

Z-Brush is still just a 32-bit program, so it doesn't matter that you have 8 gigs of ram, it won't use it. I think it caps out at about 3 gigs. Maybe 4.
That's the main reason I haven't tried Z-Brush yet. I'm waiting for them to come out with a 64 bit version.
