You get a much larger visualization plus extra info - like percentages off and expiration dates - at one glance! :)

EULA always comes first! You are not obliged to give credits to any of your renders for an item you have purchased.

However.. if it is a commercial resource that you will use for creating another product of your own, then yes, you do need to give credit to the original artist.

For example, a skin resource let's say by 3Dream.. you do need to keep his logo on the texture maps you will use as base, even if you heavily modify them. If the vendor prohibits the use of it for freebies, then also yes, you need to abide by his wishes otherwise you're violating his copyright!

The product has been withdrawn from the marketplace for a long time. Unless the vendor decides to update and bring it back at some point, I'm afraid you can't purchase it!

That carousel is what we use to showcase 2-3-4 thumbs or an entire store. It can be rotating or steady. In this case since there are less than 4 displayed, it's steady. Sorry but there's now way we may remove the arrows from the script. The items are described above the carousel, their product thumbs are shown in bigger proportion below so you may click and explore the products plus check the actual price as pulled from the product itself! :)

Actually, the product page info is entered by the vendor himself, not the store! So you do need to contact the vendor first and sort this out with him abiding by the store's policy!

If he's made a description error as you claim, he will authorize the refund and it will be done right away.

You may contact him with your alias via sitemail and make sure you mention the order number to him.

The vendor is obliged to reply to your message within 48 hours!

You can't force people to give credit for their promos - especially if what they are using doesn't come 100% from the marketplace. Some vendors use certain models that they consider their trademark so their work is easily recognized, they do not wish to share the info on those and nobody can force them to!

Since credits are not obligatory in the gallery you most definitely can not demand from vendors to give you full credit of their promo work! It's their tool for selling after all! They can show you how good the product can be.. from there on.. it's up to you explore and reach their own level of presentation! :)

That was the old Clearance rule.. products were moved to Clearance if a certain amount of sale copies hadn't been made in the last six months..

That rule has been more flexible lately as many customers used to complain of not being able to find certain products anymore... besides, it made no sense to reduce the database when the zips are stored anyhow on the server for the buyers... other sites keep live products of more than a decade ago and for obsolete figures...

So going by the customers' request.. the Clearance rule is not as strict as it used to be! :)

It IS clearance since everybody gets 35% off on these products - prime members 55% off.

Clearance and extended license items do not go into sale. It was the vendors choice for their product to be at a permanent 35% off (55% off once in cart by Prime Members) :)

I've just noticed you mention the 14th... have you checked your GIFTS tab at your account?
