Hi postwork is when you take your rendered image into photoshop et al and add stuff to it, a bit like some of the postproduction work they do on films. if you want a fireball look in freestuff for dragonfire there are different textures types included. have fun Dave

Hi Ok Ok I agree with some of the other sentiments put forward here, yes Doc you have a point. but....what I'm saying is a) bullying can also be of a non physical nature. b) the individual/s who are doing this may have affected other members. there are times I'm sure when we have all came to this place for a bit of light relief from the streeses of the day and as was pointed out in Ziggie's picture a bit of fun and humour. I for one do not come here to be abused and perhaps if someone is in a low enough state due to circumstances beyond their control the abuse may do more than just 'hurt their widdle fewings' as it was most tactfully put! c'mon folks we've all been there , the last straw senario. If you are fed up and you get an IM/E-mail you perhaps think great , someone I can help, or or just wants a chat it makes us feel good? then you find it's a cruel troll how's that going to make you feel not the slightest bit angry depressed I suppose? Yes I too would like to see what these 'people' wrote and perhaps the admin team would be a good idea but in the heat of the moment you say something 'like hey I've had enough and i'm walking' well there's the rub some people can't go back without being asked It's a little thing called Pride/Face. As regards reading e-mail/filters sometimes you have to look at the text to see what they are about and in so doing...well a wise woman once told me "A truth once told can never be untold" this applies to un-truths as well! well this is just my opinion still have a good night everyone it's 1:45 here and I'm giong to bed Dave

Hi Marque the situation you are in reminds me of bullying in that they won't go away and keep pestering people . Now having had my fair share of bullies over the years I have found that there are 3 ways of dealing with them 1 you can run away sometimes this is a good option. 2 you can stand there and slugg it out sometimes this works though the bully by definition is usualy too thick headed to realise when they are beat. 3 I have found the best way of dealing with such people, which really 'gets on their wick' is just let them get on with it (you know give em enough rope etc) just like a tree bend if pushed. Bend enough they fall flat on their face, (figuratively or literally) then you stand up and laugh. anyway if you need time out take it just don't burn your bridges (yes the metaphors are comming thick and fast folks!) and come back to us all soon. remember the unoffical motto of the british civil service 'Nil illigitamum carborudum' (sorry spelling latin or otherwise not a strong point!) see you soon Dave
Thread: Don Showalter's Gerry Anderson UFO series Sky 1 model | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Hi Zero-X was the craft used to get to mars in both Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds most notably in the movie 'Thunderbirds are go!' Imai produced 2 model kits (phyical) about 10 years ago one was 144th scale and to produce an effective ship needs very heavy modification with a large file. The other had wings over 18" and was excellent I never had the cash at the time and if I ever see (very Rare) it costs upward of 150.(sob Sob) Anyway if you want to see some not very detailed pic look up the Url below or do a yahoo search on Thunderbirds & Zero-X www.crc.paragould.ar.us/~adam/fab/TBAG/tbagmachines.htm sorry this is so long but well... you asked See you Dave

Hi The real model as used in the series cheated it had nothing on the other side just the 1 as in Don's model. I remember seeing the original at a show once. Along with the only surviving bit of Zero-X (the wheel flap from the nose wheel) Hint now that would be a model for some one to make (my favorite ship from the anderson series.... see you Dave
