Hi deci6el... Oh I know what ya mean... I always wait until whatever I'm doing has finished and all that... I learned long ago with P4 not to click anything until Poser has finished doing what you asked it to!! I merely listed things off in the manner I speak and didn't take into account wait times etc as I just don't take them into account as as far as I"m concerned it's a given to wait & wait & wait!!! LOL! Seems lots of folks have experienced P7 just vanishing in a poof at the worst time so I may just chalk it up to that!!

Thanks for all the replies!! Gonna try to replicate the scene tonight after work, also noticed I had just added the Poser 6 folder and not the P6/Runtime folder so that may account for oddness as it wouldn't allow the index rebuild thing to work... hope it works!! AND I'm gonna start saving periodically whilst working AND before rendering!!!

LOLZ!! Nice one Nancy!!! I just checked Daz to see and the promo renders look like V3 being overly attentive (big eyes) after being beaten about the neck & head with the ugly stick!!! JK!!!To clarify this has nothing to do wit the Anime doll... It's "Anime Dolls V3 Morphs" to try (not very hard) to give V3 an anime appearance (fails miserbly) LOLZ!! If memory serves I loaded it up once and never did again!!!

Fae is so nasty!!! Especially when she swindled Jet out of his clothes!! Any of ya'll checked out Samurai Champloo?? It was the same team that did Cowboy Bebop and is pretty good!! I ordered the dvd's and am working my way through it now!!
Also beryld is right... the Anime Dolls morph pack is for V3 & M3 and just doesn't cut the mustard compared to Aiko & Hiro... Mark for V3 clothes you may wanna get wardrobe wizard or clothes converter to let Aiko take advantage of Vickys wardrobe!!
We need an anime forum here!! LOLZ!!!

I have Anime Dolls too and have never used it after loading up a V3 and getting similar results... I think it's supposed to look like this as it's not supposed to be a replacement for Aiko3 but a V3 interpretation of the anime style... so one really couldn't expect it to turn V3 into Aiko3...
I'll stick with Aiko3 anyday!!! That's my two cents!!

Hmmm... Turned up the light intensity a smidgen, re-rendered... then did way too much postwork and I think I ruined it... both postworked and non postworked just didn't turn out like I planned!!BUT, I really want to thank you guys for the help and advice!!!

Thanks danamo!! But alas it did not solve the problem... I unchecked enable ground, deleted poser ground did everything listed above and still have the weird patch... rendering again, different render settings and lights and am hoping maybe that'll do it.....

I always delete the Poser ground plane once in Carrara... forgot to mention that!! But thanks!! I just wish I could get this figured out!!!

Hi!Some of the stuff in the Poser FAQ (link at forum start) is outdated but it totally covers the basics and will certainly help you wrap your head around the nit picky things involved in Poser....
If ya scroll down to "Millenium figures" in the FAQ you'll see more abouit Victoria etc...
