Heyas, does anyone know where I can find some nice foliage brushes for distant trees. I got a Wacom Intous2 as a birthday present and I'm planning to do some nice handpainted trees within my next works. :) Thanks, Phil

Jerry, after I found out how to get the Poser import working (s. link). I'm really satisfied with my purchase of Vue. :) Unfortunately I can't tell you anything about Mover either. If you have specific questions just ask. :))) Phil

Thread: Missing Textures on Poser Imports | Forum: Vue
Quoll, welcome to the club! ;o) Okay, here's what I found out: As wabe said you have to put all textures into a single folder. I ususally rename the regular "textures" folder within Poser into something like "textures-bak". Afterwards I create a folder called "textures" and put all needed textures into this folder. If do it this way all textures should lod properly. Also make shure that you don't use BUM-files as bump maps since Vue seems to have problems with this format. If you use JPEGs instead - no problem. So it depends whether you use Poser 4 or Pro Pack (bump mapping). Since I use Poser 4 which uses BUM-files I always reopen the cr2 I'd like to import with a text editor like BBEdit and replace all BUM references with the JPEG bump map. Afterwards the import works. I know this is not what e-on promised but it's still better than apply all textures manually. <:) If you need further help just let me know through 'Rosity-IM. Best regards, Phil

Again a thopusand thanks to Wabe. Walther, you made my day! :) I will check the object file import-thingie tonight to get my BUM-files working, which will make the Millenium dragon look even more realistic. Keep an eye on my gallery for the results. :) Cheers, Phil

Got the same prob. Two images I uploaded last week are broken, too. I uploaded them again and afterwards they showed up. Might be a problem with a HD on the server - maybe.Thread: Taking requests: Daz Millenium Dragon Skin Colors | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

I'd love to see some metallic textures, too. Silver, bronze, copper, gold.... And a black and a white one would be great as well. Please!!! I love this dragon! Since I got it I'm thinking dragons all the time. My wife said I'm like a little boy after getting his first bicycle. ;)Thread: Dragons everywhere! | Forum: Vue
Nice image! I'm just wondering...does Mr. Drago like...frog's legs? If he does, poor froggie is in big trouble! ;o)))

Barry, do you try to run Poser under classic? If you do so I'd suggest to reboot under OS 9.2 and work from there. This worked for me just fine (G4 MP500 1.2GB RAM). Dragon works like a charm and renders quite fast (see my currently WIP image for result). Phil

Sorry! It should say Q4 (!) 2002. Looks like I'm a little bit too jazzed. ;o) Cheers, Phil
