Ethical behavior and lawful behavior are becoming more and more, um, mutually exclusive? As I tell my kids, "Do the Right Thing, and if possible obey the law".

Wow! Amazingly great feedback, thanks! I was thinking I would see suggestions for opening closing / windows doors, appliances that open / close, etc; apparently I was off base. Ok, here's what we'll go with; the house will be a character instead of a prop; I'll make the furniture props and include a pose to place it. I'll put together some wallpaper, and changeable textures. I'll also see what I can do about clutter...Interesting concept. I intended this to be a "real" house, the clutter will really lend itself to that. I think I'll probably use one of my more basic house models, though; it's going to be monstrous.Thread: Saving with pz3 in poser4 "help" | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Not that i'm in any position to really have an opinion or anything, BUT... I'm doing the same thing; I've reached the conclusion that i'm going to send out packages with both a VHS tape, and a CD with everything in 720x480 mpg-2; so they can play it either on a Mac, PC, or most DVD players. Check out my work! http://web.changestorm.com
Thread: Hypothetical Question | Forum: Animation
I, personally, was not asking you to do anything whatsoever. A friend of mine who actually is doing pretty well (as a lawyer) knows that i'm struggling financially and made a tentative offer; it sounded like a fairly good deal to me, to get something that might turn into a revenue stream "out there"; I thought some others who were also trying to make some $$$ might be interested. there aren't any contracts, just a conversation.
Thread: Can anyone tell me about rendering in Lightwave or Max? | Forum: Animation
Max works better, mechanically speaking, but Lightwave imports the textures, and actually renders them decently; the only difficulty is that the models usually have artifacts at the joints. So you can use max, and have to re-work all your textures, or use lightwave, and expect the joints to be screwed.

Tell you what; I'll give you a good cross section. I'll post up some samples at http://www.vrhome.com/mediaphiles/media on the bottom of the page, I'll make them all the same, just different playback formats, vcd, svcd, dvd etc.

How come I could never get Bryce 4.1 to do stuff like that? Good job, REALLY like the fog/haze.
Thread: Essential freeware utility for Poser | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I would just settle for a copy of poserloader from wolfy that would work on my win2k system. works great on win98.
Thread: New Animations posted. | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'd like to really thank all who posted for the positive feedback; when I look at it, all I see are the imperfections; It's good to know that its not as terrible as I think it is. Thanks. And thanks again for the folks at Elysium for letting me use the cloister model...Awesome!
