I updated to Poser 12, recovered all my libraries but many figures and poses didn't make the trip. Some have the folders but no files in the Library. Also some of the materials are funky. In one Darkworld model the chest and hips come out normal but the arms and legs are black. My CMB56 Xeni the mat is great expect for the face which is black the the morph doesn't work. What might I have done (or not done) in the migration process to cause this.

I have found that I cannot load several of my models... nothing from Darkworld, Tempesta3d or Sabby. I haven't tried others but I suspect the same. My custom figures are fine but my vendor modes are largely absent. I have reloaded, turned Poser off and on off, turned the desktop off and on still the files don't appear. What is going on?

I agree 100%! I really would like to see the content created for DAZ users mirrored for Poser. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this bias.

Rather than doom and gloom ... can someone put up a workflow so that we can prep Genesis figures to convert to PZ2 and open in Poser and move on from there. Chuck Taylor? Do you know the process. Let's not make this a negative ... just a change we can adjust to.
I have had such trouble with the DSON importer for so long that I abandoned it long ago. But I agree that getting the workflow to convert to PZ2 would be great!

Where exactly are you seeing this? The NyX midnight Gown states no such thing. Are you maybe confusing the requirements that are listed? For base figures it says: La Femme Base Figure - Included in Poser Pro 11 which means the La Femme Base Figure is included in Poser Pro 11 and the NyX midnight Gown does not require you to purchase La Femme to use if you don't want the Pro version of La Femme.
You can have a look at the amazing vendor content that is included here. There is of course much more in the legacy content as well but this was the most recently added. Hope this helps :)
