Hi I have 512ram and xp home on a p4 1.8gig system and it runs fine, I am however using a gforce2mmx. perhaps u need to try to download again or check all the files expanded in the right places, I use xp's exractor not winzip so have to put all my files in place by hand, you never know! hope this helps btw have you tried ScottA's site http://skyscraper.fortunecity.com/tyrell/769/index.html more dinos Dave

Hi just a thorght use to have similar problem with old 98 computer (running xp now) with web sites that used frames, you know the scrolling menu bar at the side type,k it seemed to occur when the screen was moved while the page was loading could something similar be happening? for instance a clash of code from the spec's map and the face map.... just an idea Dave

Hi this is just a thought (perhaps to put the cat amongst the virtual pigeons) and I'm not agreeing with what may be described a devient behavior............. but perhaps people creating images such as the ones mentioned may help some to get rid of or help their problems. perhaps someone with a bit more psychology than me could answer. btw I come from the uk so perhaps I'm repressed anyway:-) but seriously tho I like the discussion Dave

Hi I saw the first episode lastweek (easter monday)and I thought at the time that the textures were to say the least iffy, for a comercial render, that is compared to some of the things I have seen people do on this and other sites. the 'princess' character was quite grainy almost as if she was painted with a dry brush technique or a diry brush I did think of posting a message saying 'don't any of you complain about your textures again;-) But honestly though I was impressed by the animation but the textures? (sorry if anyone here was involved but this is just my opinion.) btw the show belonged to canal+ who incidently own cybertown so perhaps they are old avatars. Dave

Hi you have just hit on my favorite gripe when it comes to prices in that people tend to go for the short term profit rather than the , lets get a lot of people interested and make the same profit but develope a large customer base for future products. I will say though that I havn't seen the article in question so I'm only talking generally (the outside world not rosity), after all lets give the person the benefit of the doubt, it may have taken them a while to do or been very difficult or even perhaps the price was just a typo (decimal point in wrong place). like I said tho generally I agree with you.
