I found the file or3-JeanieChange.MOV on your website. It downloads with a proper MOV icon, so I think the MIME type is not the problem. But if it is try putting type="video/quicktime" inside the embed. Like this: I have one at http://odin.prohosting.com/~doozy/cwalk/ see if it works for you. Your file or3-JeanieChange.MOV is reported by Quictime as not recognizable. Perhaps it was not saved as "cross-platform" or "self-contained"?

You know, Renderosity allows users to choose their own color schemes. So when YOU choose a color for the text, it may not show up well. For me, it was pale blue text on white, barely visible. So unless you ALSO set the background color, beware!

Homestead and Theglobe are working. They have their drawbacks, but they work for linking. Of course the REAL solution would be for renderosity to allow HTML links in freestuff.

That little arrow may only be there if you pay for "Quicktime Pro"... I don't know about the Windows version.
This should work: Look at the source for the page, and find that the name of the Quicktime file is c1a.mov, so then download
http://odin.prohosting.com/~doozy/cwalk/c1a.mov
to your disk. It's not protected.
