@Eddy: As far as I know, it isn't necessary to have all the machines in a home group, and I don't think it is necessary to have file/folder sharing enabled.
My machines are all Win7 64bit. I have run many batch lists via Queue Manager 12 and many animations as well. It works fine. Likewise for Q11, Q10, etc.
I have no machines with Win10 (or Win11, which is already out in the wild).
Basically, install Poser on the workstation, and install only Queue Manager on the remotes (aka "render slaves"). Use installers with the same build number (i.e., Poser and Queue build numbers should be the same). The first time that you run Queue, your firewall will prompt you for firewall permissions for Queue and FFRender64. Be sure to give them both firewall permission. You'll have to do this for each remote (render slave machine).
See this thread on P11 Q networking.

On my Win7 machine the P12 render presets are at C:\Users\Bruce\AppData\Roaming\Poser\12\RenderPresets

Select/cut the desired nodes. Exit the compound. Paste the selected nodes into the main material workspace. Delete the empty compound node. Select the desired nodes and collapse them to a (new) compound node.
P.S. your reflect and Blinn nodes are nonfunctional (see the dashed "wires"?)

P12's adaptive sampling with threshold [___] can let you use high quality settings in Superfly without a huge render time penalty. If P12 Superfly sees that a given pixel has not changed after X number of samples, it considers that pixel to be finalized, and skips it on later samples. At the beginning of a render, progress will be as slow as P11's Superfly, but after a lot of pixels have been finalized, P12 Superfly only spends its time on the tough areas of your render, and you see the rate of progress increase significantly.
These are the settings I used for the Grey Havens test/promo renders:
Caveat: If your PC is Win7, it is not officially supported in P12. I'm on Win7, and so far P12 works (except the embedded store). My GPU is an old Quadro, so I'm limited to CPU-only rendering. You would need Win10 to make full use of RTX3090 GPU rendering power. P11 can't fully exploit the RTX series GPUs, and Win7 can't either.

Thread: Queue Manager ignoring the additional passes | Forum: Poser 12
Superfly does generate Normal map and Z-depth map (though not toon ID)
My thought for a workaround until this is fixed would be
1: Run a networked Firefly render (final quality settings)
2: Run a networked Superfly render (with easy/fast render settings) to generate the Normal maps and Z-depth maps
3: Run a local Firefly animation render on just the workstation (easy render settings) to generate toon ID maps

I have the report in to the P12 devs (via GitLab).
Bearing in mind that my machines are Win7, so your results may vary, I've found that sending an animation to remotes via Queue successfully produces the Z-depth maps and Normal maps if you render in Superfly. But, the Superfly menu does not offer toon ID.
In Firefly, I get no auxiliary data maps (I had toon ID, Normal, and Z-depth selected).

Is this Firefly? (I don't think Superfly has toon ID option) Are you on Win10? Mac OS? (if so, which version?)
I've begun network animation render testing (running Firefly test first), and I'll report my results to the P12 devs, but my machines are Win7.

In order to reduce the number of transmission bounces needed, if mouths are closed, set all of those interior parts to be completely (remember to zero out specular). For clothes, use the same setup as shown above, using the clothing's color map. Render with plenty of transmission samples and set transmission bounces high (32?) and the overall max bounces high (99?). The render engine will only use as many bounces as needed to complete a path from camera to light source.
Here's the ghost MAT set.

If the four "secondary" figures are to be see-through ghosts, you could make them refractive, and render the scene in one go. This material sampler is in freebies; it's a bit old, but I could update materials as needed.

Maybe try setting attenuation to inverse square,
