I double checked the texture names and they aren't even close to being similar. I tried reloading the textures and that didn't help. I also tried changing the background texture to something totally new and it was still messed up.

Selecting "Use Background Shader Node" didn't help.
I checked the atmosphere and the lights and none have a texture. The only plane is the yellow strip. It's a blanket for the baby that isn't clothified yet. The texture isn't realy in front of the figures. The dragon it slightly transparent. Sorry I guess I should have mentioned that.

Something I've done with some success is changing the format for the texture image. I get this error alot if the texture was a .bmp or a .gif file. I resave them as a .jpg. Be sure to either delete the original for edit the prop file( or whatever) to look for the new format.

I've never read it myself, but I've heard pracyical poser is a good book for learning to use poser. Also you can ask here most people will be willing to help you out. But you might want to run while you still can. This program can be very adictive. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll have to try the handcuffs...I mean locking the computer. ; )
I had thought about disconecting the mouse and keyboard, but the computer is under the desk and I'd have to pull it out everytime. With all the other cords, I try to avoid moving it as much as possible

The chair is selected under the add/remove for colision...it's called winger (i didn't name it) adding more frames caused the cloth to start flying away and the simulation fails at 154 frames. Checking "cloth self collision" doesn't help either. Any other suggestions?

Personally, I like the new look. The blues are restful to me. Changes don't bother me. I change my desk top theme monthly. For those of you who don't like it, look on the bright side. You only have to wait 2 years until it's changed again. Maybe then it will be something you like. Of course from what I've seen most people won't like it just because its another change. (psst ... change is not a four letter word)

Why is it that the one machine that is supposed to make life easier is the most difficult thing to work with? I had another heatsink so I put that in but to do so I ended up having to take everything out of my computer so I could take the motherboard out to get the old one out. I've taken other heatsinks out and didn't have that problem. Hopefully this will work.
