Whoops!! Spoke to soon. Thanks for leaving the download button open!! It won't let you rename it from .ez to .zip AT download. If it's renamed after download will that cause problems? This is the first program I've had this problem with.

Cool so it's working (I think. Haven't had time to play with it.)Folks on another forum suggested renameing it to a .zip file even on download,as caleb68 said above and it would work. As far as using a download accelerator like go!zilla or MSN8 software, to my knowledge I'm not using one. I'm also finding that this is a problem with both IE & Netscape at times. The common factor I'm finding (I think) is that Windows XP dosen't seem to recognize the .ez file. Has this been the experience of others? Thanks again

Thanks for all the info. And yes it does happen with Netscape to. I was using Netscape. Just rename .zip. Got'cha!!
