so a skull cap is basically, if you will, rubber to glue hair on... once the cap is on, then you can move whatever hair you made ON the cap to other figures based on your master figure, such as vikky?

As far as I know it is the latest version of Daz Studio, its only a month old.. I will try again... I just like the lighting better in Poser and the Rendering... at least for the people. It is SO MUCH FUN anyway you look at it!

DUH! It does help if you actually download the correct file...I had downloaded the Victoria "Templates" not Victoria Base. So it was indeed the Poser 6 Directory and it comes up as DAZ People Thank you all to replied to me I hope I didnt bug ya tooo much :(

well running the Victoria3 installer I just downloaded, and directing it to the Poser6 Directory does not work (that I can tell) :( This seems a lot harder than it needs to be.. grrr

I tried the add runtime and that didnt work... ill try the install to Poser directory now when I run the Victoria intaller...

To the Poser Directory, or the Poser RUNTIME Directory? I did the latter and it didnt work. I do have Poser 6... but I do not seem to have a Daz Studio Runtime directory. looks like it all is in one called content?

awesome folks, I love all of the responses, I did look for this in a tutorial, I guess the very first Bryce Tutorial touched on it with the vaulted roof and the ball in the middle to carve out the top of the roof. I will try and make a better lighthouse...I have my homework assignment! heheh thank you all!

I will try and export from Poser to .obj then import, but I ended up pulling the bryce scene into Poser and I think it turned out good, what do you all think?

hmmm not sure if my last post went through, but here is what I ended up with. Not really a forest but I made 2 different kinds of trees, I multi-replicated them, then 2D dispersed them. I tried my hand at making a pond. I hope I did ok on Perspective and balance. I have never taken an art class but have taken some photography classes and done some photography. Either way I am really loving bryce and poser 6 and trying to get thru the tutorials and learn what I can.
