Nice, maybe, but "natural" isn't quite the word I'd use. :-)It looks like he's using Daz' Sarah Spriteling morph set for at least some of his images. There are morph packs for Vicky 1 & 2 that do similar things. Check out Voluptuous Vicki and/or Supermodel Vicki in the MP.

Oh! I thought you were talking to me. :-) I meant no offense, either. I have nothing but the deepest respect for the time and talent it takes to make something like this. Probably no one gets what their work is really worth here, just because we're such a small market. BTW, I should probably thank you for all the nice items. You've got better items in your free stuff than a lot of people have in their stores. My MilCat is spending a lot of time on your rugs. It's so cool, the way they have wrinkles, just like a real rug. And the texture on your door mat just blows me away, it looks so real!

I'm not saying it's not worth $25. It's probably worth more than that. But like the saying goes, if you don't need it, it's not a bargain. And few artists need that many beds. I am not suggesting the price be lowered. Quite the opposite. If the pack is broken up and sold separately, the total price could actually be increased. It would be a win-win situation for both buyer and seller.

I agree with Dizzie. I saw this product in the MP, and really liked it. But the price is higher than I would pay. You do get an awful lot for the price...but unless you specialize in erotic art, you just wouldn't use all those options. I think breaking it up into two or more packs would make it more saleable. Maybe three packs: the wooden beds, the iron beds, and the bedding textures. And I love the idea of an indent for the MilCat. :-) Maybe a separate morph pack, for crumpled sheets, someone lying in the bed, etc.
Thread: HEADS UP...Some of your favorite merchants are leaving Rosity | Forum: Community Center
I think both Cyberstretch and Deecey are right. It probably doesn't cost much for Rosity to keep a low-selling product for sale. The expense is probably in the initial testing. However...having a lot of unpopular products on the shelves doesn't help any store, real or virtual. People don't like looking through a lot of clutter for what they want. This may be what Rosity is trying to address, with their extremely exclusive exclusivity contracts, and the new MP setup, which has tons of ads. Deecey's solution is a good idea, too. It's what Google does with its ads. If your ad doesn't get clicked on enough, they yank it, and give you your money back. Everyone's copying them because it's worked so well for them. So Renderosity might consider something like that, too. Of course, you'd run the risk of discouraging new merchants who might one day be top merchants. But that's business... OTOH - part of Rosity's appeal is that there's so much here. Its greatness strength is also its weakness. And it may be that the revenue problems are only temporary. The recession is proving brutal for many businesses, online and off. They are finding it nearly impossible to raise prices, because consumers are so value-oriented these days. If prices are raised, the shoppers simply go elsewhere. And that's very easy on the net, because it's so easy to find information. A lower price is just a Google away.
Thread: Poser Hangs When Using Julian Hair | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I don't think it's anything to do with Neftis' hair, except that the hair is very detailed and therefore large. I suspect the problem is that the Firefly renderer uses a ton of system resources. I have a fairly decent computer - Pentium 2.8 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, Windows XP - but Firefly simply won't render some images. Things I've found that help: 1. Reduce the size of the rendered image. 2. Eliminate the options you don't need. I.e., texture filtering isn't needed for most images. 3. Reduce the "bucket size." The render will be slower, but IME is more likely to complete. 4. Increase the shading rate. 5. Reduce the pixel sampling. 6. Render in draft mode.
Thread: Anyone else having trouble loading M3 morphs? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yes, I had trouble. Though putting a copy of the !DAZ folder in P5 worked for V3, it didn't work for M3. I ended up injecting all the morphs in PP, then saving the figure. That loads in P5. But it is kind of annoying.

Over in the wishing well, people have expressed a desire for "practical poses." The kind of thing you see regular people doing, at home and at work. There are a lot of dramatic Vogue-type poses in the MP, but not a lot of ordinary, everyday stuff.Thread: Free model this week ready now...Dance Studio and Pioneer Chair... | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

I'm not demanding a refund or anything. I just want to know why they did it. They say they did it for a reason. I want to know what that reason is. Is there some advantage to this oddity, that we don't know about?

You get a $5 voucher each month with the Platinum Club. (It's a new feature, which may be why you never noticed it before.) The vouchers cannot be saved; you have to spend them that month. Daz's way of luring us to make at least one purchase each month. :-)

Thread: Anyone else having problem with M3 injection poses? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I just bought M3, and installed him. Though copying (not moving) the !Daz folder from PP to P5 worked with V3, it did not work with M3. I was able to inject the morphs in PP and save the figure to my library, then use it in P5. Very strange problem....
