Did they say what reason? I see a noticeable difference. Uninverted, it looks like the hairs are grooved into the skin, rather than lying over it.

I just bought M3, and so far, I'm pleased. I like the fact that you can make him look younger and slimmer than previous versions of Mike.

Maybe she's got a charge card, not a credit card. Charge cards, such as the classic American Express card, require that you pay in full each month. (On the good side, there's no credit limit. Since there's no credit. So if you need to charge something insanely expensive, like heart-lung surgery, you can.)

This is such a common problem. I'm surprised they haven't addressed it with their installer. The installer already detects all the copies of Poser you have on your machine. Seems like it would be relatively simple to have the installer copy the !DAZ folder to all of them, or ask you if you want it done. I mean, since P5 can read any runtime, while P4 can only use its own, it seems logical to install stuff to the P4 runtime, if you're using both programs. I imagine a lot of people do it that way. Then wonder why it takes so long to inject the morphs.

All you need is the !DAZ folder. If you install M3 in Poser 4, and copy the !DAZ folder over to Poser 5, you should be able to use him in both Poser 4 and 5.

The Poser cat is supposed to be huge. They said larger was easier to work with. You can scale it down easily by selecting the body and using the "scale" dial. I'm not sure why they didn't scale it to match Vicky after they'd done all the design work. Seems like it would have been easy enough. OTOH, the Poser cat is also huge. MilCat is about the same size as the Poser cat. Maybe they wanted you to be able to use props designed for Poser kitty with the MilCat.

If you have more than one version of Poser installed, make sure you've installed it to the version you're using him in. I had this problem with V3, when I tried to install her in Poser 4 but use her in Poser 5. Copying the !DAZ folder over to Poser 5 fixed the problem; I'm now able to inject the morphs in Poser 4 and 5.

I'm not planning to purchase all of the M3 items. Some I wouldn't get much use of. And I had a $750 car bill this month. But there always be other sales. Items go on sale individually. And they have storewide sales, like they did in August. You'll be able to get everyone you want, at sale prices. You may have to wait awhile, but you'll get the stuff.

Are you sure you can't spread it out over two CC bills? Usually, credit card bills are due at the end/beginning of the month. If you have a 25 day grace period, that means stuff purchased in the second half of this month won't be on the October bill. The cutoff date for my Discover card is usually the 12th or 13th, so I better make my first purchase soon, if I want to spread it over two bills....

Thanks, Shawn. I won't e-mail them myself, then, since they are probably going to be swamped. :-) Probably some of the stuff they show in their renders is being held for future weeks. (Which is probably a good thing for my bank balance.) But I hope they release more hair this week. There seem to be only two M3 hairs available on their site, both designed for black characters. I'll buy it, but I want some hair that's suitable for white and Asian characters, too.

I think they must have heard Orio. Even though M3 has made his debut, they kept the cats on the store entry. :-) I haven't bought him yet; I went to bed before he was on sale last night. Will probably buy him tonight.
