Thread: fat belly morph? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I've got one I made. One for the hip and one for the abdomen. I made it with magnets per the tutorials available around here. It only took a couple of minutes.

Thread: New to Poser; need help with clothing | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yeah, big pain. Nonstandard bodies don't fit in standard clothes, here or in the other world. Travelers magnet tutorials solved a lot of problems for me. Made a mess of morphs for my most commonly used clothes for all sorts of bulges...mostly.

Thread: i have problems with transparency | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Also the transparency map has to be applied to the right part(s), particularly the same parts that you have a texture for. Skin for skin, abd for abd, etc. Sometimes the "preview" is the actual figure. Otherwise, applying the maps/textures to a preview won't show diddly. Also, a lot of clothes have "body parts" that aren't really there.

Check the tutorials at Morphworld on using magnets on clothes. With magnets you can make the morphs that your particular character/clothing match needs. Even, I, the maladroit and digitally challenged, have been able to benefit from Traveler's works.

The biker jacket in Poserworld has the same cut at the fatigue shirt used in USArmy between 1943 and 1982 and prior to adaptation of the BDU uniform . Most plastic armymen as in TOy Story wear the pre-BDU design. The textures also avaiable there are a guide to placement of insignia.

What do you mean by "decent" and "platemail"? What century, country, and type armor are you looking for? Jousting, combat, ceremonial...?

What is the worst thing that can happen here? There's too much of a customer base to believe in a total abandonment of the product. Any comments? Investors maybe? Pirates?

Geo-metrik sells a lot of individual models (3ds & Lwo) for castles, seige towers, tents, bldgs, and assorted medeaval props, generally low res. Models are not expensive and can be downloaded.

Planet Poser from Cacheforce has some Egyptian stuff. Pharoe's crook, belt. You might get the individual models you need - not for free, though.
