"Like the one on the lower left on Fishie's freestuff page?"
That ent effects pedals TK, is bassically a foot operated keyboard. My effects board/ rack is kinda in the same limbo as Sam's: (just sittin' there 90% done & only been used in a coupla my own renders).
Nice to know yr thinkin' of me & promotin' my FreeShit, though :DÂ

BTW: Mask's stuff isn't gone, is just in hiding. Google Mascara Del Poser > click Blog @ the bottom left > then DL Page near the bottom right (NOT Mirror DL). Sadly it hasn't been updated in some time, but there's the odd link in the blog itself to items not on the DL page/ before they get posted to the DLs.

In all honesty... I prefer Mask's stuff too. Kind of a big inspiration to me, & I've used a LOT of it. Check my gallery; if it ent mine it's Mask's. The thing is that most of his (?) stuff is pretty normal/ bland/ seen it a million times/ everybody has one type gear (coughcoughtoomanyLPscough). I try to do more unique/ hard to find instruments (perhaps w/ a bit of a heavy metal bias) for those who want to stick out from the crowd.
And Twiz... he makes CABLES!

My 1st guess would be that the character is one of the ones listed under "Supported G8 Figures"

Thread: Do you want a model? | Forum: Freestuff
So one thing that has bugged me 'bout Poser/ DS content fer a long time is finding good "normal" homes, whether full house or apartment (free or paid). It seems a great majority fall into the "dream home" or "penthouse" fancy variety. Furthermore there seems to be a flood of single rooms (which tend to focus more on furniture/ contents than structure) that far outnumber the amount of complete dwellings, & I can never seem to be able to arrange them in a believable configuration.
W/ this in mind I would like to see full "middle class" homes, unfurnished but perhaps semi-modular in the sense that individual rooms/ areas can be loaded separately to ease load/ render times yet retain coherence w/ the whole.
To be honest this is on my own to do list, but with all the unfinished projects I already have goin' on & limits on my time I figger since ya put the offer out I'd throw my idea into the mix.
Much thanks fer the offer & cheers! :D

Thread: Opinion needed on character | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
OK, I'm a bit late to the party, bu here's my two bits worth...
Fer starters I'd expand on what KarinaKiev briefly mentioned about head/ body proportions. Age can be subtly implied by this relationship, w/ ranges being from babies measurin' 4 heads tall (I believe) all the way to "Heroic" proportions of 8 heads, your average adult being 6- 6 1/2 heads tall if I recall my art theory correctly. Limb length also plays a factor, but is mostly only applicable to the very young or (what's the politically correct term of the day for midgets?) or fantasy races. Your full body image suggests late teens/ young adult to me by this criteria.
A 'nother point I'd make is that you have the benefit of your character being in a story (as opposed to a random single image). Use the story to describe/ explain her age/ appearance... mebbe have her get carded while goin' into a bar or sumpin' if ya don' wanna write a bunch of exposition. Just be wary of any single "sneek peek" renders ya might post of her in adult situations (if yr still bothered by the age question).
As for the hair, I kinda agree 'bout the pigtails bein' a "younger" thing in many cultures. Perhaps a single braid would be a good compromise as that can read as more "elegant" than "youthful". Or a single ponytail (unbraided) for a more casual appearance.
Luck w/ yr project :)

Not to rain on yr parade or disparage the work you've done, but why? I can't think of any situation where both sides will be visible in the same render, so a simple adjustment of transparency should suffice between front & back based on viewing position.
With that out of the way, have you tried single sided planes facin' away from each other (or a box w/ separate MAT zones applied to opposite sides) w/ full or partial opacity assigned to the respective sides?
Luck on yr quest :)

Thread: Remember when you could Copy Paste V4's eyes to make them look the same way | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Sounds like a well thought out & reasonable method worthy of further investigation/ development. However as the OP was about a basic cut/ paste operation (i,e; about as simple as you can get), I think your method is perhaps a wee bit kinda-sorta completely over the top, whereas my method is more "entry level".

an0malaus: These are indeed minor problems not worth getting worked up over or starting a heated debate with all the mud slinging & name calling which that ensues (although I'm up fer it if you are ;) ). However I'm baffled by your example of putting an Eye Target behind the head. Why would anyone do that?

Yup, my bad... Object menu it is. Good thing I wasn't teachin' absolute beginners ;)
As for the sideways "focus", I find this approximates it rather well, but if you wish to exaggerate it just bring the target in closer (zTran; not all the way to cross-eyedness, but enough to break the "thousand mile stare").
Glad to have helped :)

STUPID POSER TRICK
No more selecting/ aiming eyes! Simply put the Target prop where you want the eyes to look. Easy to find under the Props dropdown. Easy to reset to looking straight ahead by Restoring the prop. Note that "looking" too close to the figure's face will result in crossed eyes.
Works with every figure I've tried it on.
