Quote - Okay.
You can distribute the INJ/REM poses that you make with Spawn Morph for example. That's all. I guess I was overelaborating a bit about the product. It's just unlike IPB, you can't distribute the .cr2 file (the Morphs you made and you save it from the Character file). That's what I meant to say: you can distribute the INJ/REM pose that you make, not the .cr2
I'm sorry for the confusion.
**I think I get it LOL I really wish IPB was updated so I could use it. Its very disappointing to be honest. **

Quote - I think you can. You can't distribute the product though, just the morphs you create (custom morphs actually). For Morphs++ or Daz dedicated dial morphs, you can use the Injection Pose Builder available at the Daz store.
**IPB won't work on my computer because it hasn't been updated for ages, and I don't have the classic environment that is needed to run it. :( I used to LOVE that program, and it's really unfortunate that I can't use it anymore. Unless I can find a download of the classic environment for a mac.. I may have to investigate that one. **
By the way can you elaborate on what you mean by you can distribute the morph but not the product?

Quote - I also like to add that you can use SVDL's tool Spawn Morph P6 as a python. That and including Clemme's Eye Fix has helped me a lot (if you're doing custom characters). In a nutshell, I think your character has potential.
I too, felt the same way as you. Having this thing about what others would think instead of what interests me. We all have likes and dislikes.
I second Acadia: Just go with what you can create in your own eye and taste.
**With the Spawn Morph can you legally distribute that? It uses the Morphs++ I notices when I was mucking around with it today. So I am assuming that I am able to distribute it. **

Quote - She looks cross-eyed. I've noticed that a lot in Poser characters and even some of the poses do it to the character. I wonder why?
**Yeah I noticed that myself LOL It is my fault I think I didn't change the eyes properly :) **

I didn't mean to sound as though I was whining about people's opinions, but thank you guys for the advice :) It does get a little disheartening when you get criticism but then that is the whole point of putting a picture up here, and I never take it personally. I would like her to look as realistic as possible so I embrace the flaws that make people unique. I agree with the comments though that there are so many characters on the market that look the same, it is difficult to get a unique look these days without modeling it on your own face - by the way I have tried the face room in poser and also tried the morphing tool in Poser 7, Is there a tutorial for the morphing tool because it seems to go to extremes - there doesn't seem to be a way to do subtle features rather than the entire side of the face caving in LOL Or maybe there is and I just don't know about it. Also when you use the morphing tool, how do you save the INJ file? Do you save it as a pose or something? I have tried the tool but as I said, never had the success enough to save the file :) Any tips would be great.

**Awww thanks :) **
**Good advice, thanks **
Quote - I like her. She's got character. :)
Don't listen -too- much to people's ideas of what a correct face look like, or a beautiful face.. I made that mistake myself, and ended up overanalyzing the whole thing..
Then I spent some time watching real people.. There's such a -huge- variation in proportions that I was baffled. Not to mention how different people perceive beauty.
After a while I just dropped the whole thing and continued to do the projects. If I like it myself, that's enough!

Quote - There's nothing unusual about that restriction notice, you have always had to make sure that custom morphs don't include a portion of anybody else's morph data if they are for distribution.
The correct way for morphs that you didn't create to be used by a character is via a set of dial settings (these are usually incorporated into the INJ pose).
This is what utilities like IPB and IPM do.
Unfortunately I used to have IPB but there has not been an update for.. well ever I think and my computer doesn't have the classic environment needed to run it anymore. Who create IPB by the way? Does anyone know if there has been or ever will be an update? I think maybe I asked this ages ago and people just said there hasn't ever been one. Subtle hint maybe to the person who made it, to possibly do one.. :)

Wait ok so I think I get it, do I have to go ahead and take the lines you gave me and change it for every single morph I did. For instance I used the Morphs++ and if I used like eyesize for instance. I have to go ahead and put the information below and then for every other one as well? Like actor head, name lipsize or whatever and then later actor body name hipsize????
{
version
{
number 4.01
}
actor head
{
channels
{
targetGeom PBMCC_20
{
name eyesize
initValue 0
hidden 0
forceLimits 1
min -100000
max 100000
trackingScale 0.02
keys
{
static 0
k 0 0
}
But where do I actually put the size of the eyes? Like say for instance in poser the eyesize dial says 0.300 or whatever where do I put the 0.300??

Im really quite confused, I am looking at the cr2 file and I am getting a little confused. Would you mind if I contacted you privately and ask you a couple of questions?

It also says : IMPORTANT NOTICE: The INJ morph files generated by this script MAY NOT BE DISTRIBUTED if they are generated, in whole or in part, from the copyrighted DAZ morphs!
Does that mean that if I used the Morphs++ I cannot distribute the INJ files? So I have to use like magnets or whatever to create the morph instead? Or the face room whatever?? How annoying, I am no good at using the inbuilt face morphs on poser
