In Vue options make sure you've got the right version of Poser selected and try the different Poser SDKs.
Thread: Is Vue community erroding ? | Forum: Vue
Probably because of all the negativity.
I am being serious, when all you see and hear are people complaining and whining it wears you down, you ask yourself why am I bothering. Why do I waste my time when all people do is act like entitled assholes who don't even understand the concepts of please and thank you.
Case in point - this is the first time in ages I've ventured back into the Renderosity forums and I'm confronted with a veritable ocean of negative crap.
It'll probably be another six months before I forget why I eschewed these forums and have another look only to be reminded once again.
Thread: Is a Poser > Vue Workflow Wortth $600? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
EcoSystem painter is a must have it lets you 'paint' on damn near anything, I've used it to paint grass, trees & shrubs on the Dream Home yard; flowers on the patio flower beds and moss on the roof.
You can place vegetation or buildings or whatever exactly where you want them instead of faffing about for ages in the Function Editor with distribution maps.

I've been using the Poser-Vue workflow since 2007, initially started with Esprit but found it too limiting so upgraded to Infinite and never regretted it.
The initial outlay for Infinite is pretty high but the maintenance plan takes the sting out of it, this year I paid just £160 to renew - for that I get the .5 and full version releases.
Vue is actually pretty good for interior scenes too once you get the hang of the lighting and atmosphere controls
eg
Â
The new Daylight Portals in 2014.5 improve things even further allowing you to control exactly where light enters a structure.
Thread: Python Scripts for Poser 9 / Poser Pro 2012 | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - i would luv a script (or .pz2 if that'll work) to remove all the magnet deformers, magnet props, etc from a figure loaded into a scene.
Â
Then you'll want D3Ds Delete script

Thread: New Update Vue 8.5 Infinite - Build 52340 | Forum: Vue
Well Vue certainly loads up faster after applying the update, it's up in less than a handful of seconds instead having to wait for the UI to finally pop up.
Importing a poser scene now to see what other improvements there are.

The Morph Tool is a brand new addition to Poser 7, it's not my fault you're using outdated software
Thread: Faceshop Pro | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I'd rather use the Morph Tool and create unique characters that no one else has .... oh wait I already do that
My point, which whooshed right over your head, is that there are ways of creating head morphs in Poser without wasting money on an overpriced third party utility from a merchant who likes to abuse customers
Thread: Faceshop Pro | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Quote - Any chance of the posts in this thread actually talking about Faceshop Pro anymore?
Spend money on an app that does what Posers Face Room does already?
Waste hard earned cash on something that I can do with the Morph Tool & Photoshop?
I don't think so
And given the display of arrogance and fuckwittery displayed by the creator I won't be touching any products from them with a bargepole on the grounds that I will not have anything to do with a tosser like that - as a Renderotica Premier Featured Artist I have a reputation to think about
As to Rectumositys behaviour ........ amazing how quickly just a couple of idiots can squander all the goodwill generated by the site staffs behaviour during the TamelaJ/3DC meltdown, you might want to ponder on that or maybe get an image consultant in, I just spent my self imposed monthly Poser spending limit of £100 at Daz after reading your bullshit rather than waste it paying for your salaries
Thread: Ram limitations in Poser? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Okay I have no idea what I did different this time but it worked
Oh the joys of having a 64 bit OS when all the software & hardware vendors have their heads firmly stuck where the sun shineth not, the 32 bit land of obsolescence

It would appear that in the free version of Visual Studio, Editbin is a crippled, or feature reduced version
Thread: Link for STOMP | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Many thanks, lost my old copy in the confusion of a system rebuild
Well not so much as lost as misplaced, it's definitely on a hard drive I just can't remember which one, nor which computer it's been installed in
Thread: Link for STOMP | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Unfortunately, because of the recent site downgrades, all that is available is a nice 404 error
Any chance of an updated link please?
