...don't know if this would be possible but... a script that would copy a morph from one side of the body to the other side, for example, left thigh to right thigh. MT Mirror does this for the face but it doesn't do it for separate body parts like the limbs. Thanks, amber

I believe it's the one on the Female Barbarian, Female Dwarf, and Female Orc characters by Jon Malis at Posergamers. It's also on Kalypso's Female Fighter found at Propsguild Page 19 in character section. amberThread: Armor? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

This site has some characters in armor. The male and female palladin for example... amberThread: Question for the community | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
From the sounds of it, it's Win2K. My day job is in IT support and we're still testing Win2K on some machines....finding all sorts of odd bugs/problems with software/hardware used in our company when installed on a Win2K machine. The problems with Win2K could run from driver support to software compatibility...and then some! If the problem went away with going back to Win98, I agree with you, problem solved. I dread the day when my boss tells me we're gonna switch to Win2K.

If you want to see it in action, follow this link to Craig Burton's site. It's a must have for character creators and modellers who would like to easily "poserize" their creations. amberThread: can you help me? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think this has been answered before but: .obj (and larger .rsr file...not really needed since Poser will create) driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimegeometrieswherethereadmefilesaidtoputit (if the readme file doesn't tell you where, open up the cr2 in a text editor and the path is in there, I believe 3rd or 4th line down. If nothing else accompanies this file, it probably needs to be imported into poser.) .cr2 (and smaller .rsr if there are 2) go into: driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrariescharacteranyfolderinhere .pp2 (and .rsr) go into: driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrariespropsanyfolderinhere .pz2 (and .rsr) go into: driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrariesposeanyfolderinhere .hd2 (and .rsr): driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrarieshandanyfolderinhere .hr2 (and .rsr): driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrarieshairanyfolderinhere .fc2 (and .rsr): driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrariesfaceanyfolderinhere .cm2 (and .rsr): driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrariescameraanyfolderinhere .lt2 (and .rsr): driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimelibrarieslightanyfolderinhere Any Textures, bump maps etc. driveletter:whereposerisinstalledruntimetexturesanyfolderinhere amber

PhilC, When you say that when he/she (sorry) used an existing cr2, are you referring to the cr2 editing (copy/paste)from an existing similar conforming figure? Would creating a cr2 phi file still be necessary or can I just take an existing cr2, point it to my obj file and edit in the materials and body parts etc. Thanks, amber

Hi, I had this same problem this morning. I fiddled with the joint parameters center point settings for the body parts. I almost had it aligning when I conformed it to the poser female....my body parts flew way of in different directions initially. I'm not too sure on this one but I think that it would also have helped if I had positioned the armor against a zeroed figure prior to exporting to .obj file....I guess this would be helpful to you assuming that you prepared your object in the same way that I did....I imported the object, scaled it down to fit the P4 female, lined it up with her (in her default pose, which is not zeroed or aligned I think), cut up the mesh using grouping tool and spawn props, exported the obj, created the phi file, created cr2 from phi file, and voila....non-conforming figure:=( I also read somewhere about using phantom body parts to anchor clothing. For example, if your armor only consists of chest and abdomen area, add collars, neck, and hip parts into the cr2 file (and possibly the obj file with no vertex info???) even though they don't actually exist in the obj file...or export the p4 dork's neck, collars, and hip with the object and make them invisible in the cr2. ...sorry for the long winded post. amber

Go to Poser Factory, there is an eyelash prop there. http://www.interq.or.jp/red/pandt21/ The characters there also come with a good lash transparency map. For eyebrows, I think I saw a brow prop here in the freestuff or maybe propsguild....there is one floating around somewhere. amber

Select "woman" figure under objects. Check off "texture changes apply to entire figure." Load your texture. Select metals, shoes, gloves, Glove and change the texture map to "none." amber
