its the standard rural maple. Â
I think I found a fix for it. I had to save a new maple species to the plant library and then replace the trees in my ecosystem with the new species.

Knowing the people I work for, I would think they would want something like a video game with all the bells and whistles. The QT VR sounds doable right now, I'll have to play with that some and see what I can do. thanks

also, just set up one. and then you can replicate and scatter it and they will all be linked to the camera.

here's a trick you might want to try. Make an alpha plane and then link it to the camera. That way it will always be facing the camera. I do this when I'm doing a lot of alpha plane trees. That way if I do move the camera I don't have to readjust all the trees to point at the camera again.

I make the color white, 100 transparent, add about 25% reflection and check the "color reflected light" button to the corneas.
